Paul's Fine Italian Dining boasts the best of Italian cuisine and a memorable culinary experience with authentic dishes and fantastic service. Our dishes originated in Italy, were refined in New York, and are brought to your table right here in Winston-Sa
Friendly, helpful wait staff. Excellent house wine choices. Delicious homemade Italian entrees. Gluten free pasta available. Decor is more casual than the white tablecloths would suggest. I would return to his restaurant for their quality food.

The angels presented this place to me when I got misdirected (lost) in my travels one day and words can not fully describe the heavenly favors of this Italian restaurant. I got turned around in my travels and noticed this small restaurant hidden in a strip mall, it was @3:30 pm and people were constantly coming in and out with food and it was obvious the parking lot was full because of this little restaurant. Looked like my kinda of place, I love small hometown family restaurants and Italian food is my favorite so I went back later. I quickly realized I walked into heaven and the Italian aroma overcame me with comfort. The server was amazing and helpful with menu suggestions. And I was presented with enough fresh food for 2. I thought the fresh bread and salad was great then I received my Carbonara sauce over linguine. It all smelled so good that I didn't even take a picture of any of the food, I had to taste it. I think I stopped breathing for a moment as I melted with the flavor. The best Carbonara sauce I have ever had in my life!! Before this moment I did not realize what true Carbonara was. I highly recommend checking this place out, you will be amazed that such huge flavors can come from such a cozy kitchen and restaurant. I have already considered taking a road trip (12 hours round trip for me) just to eat there again!

North Carolina's first Napoletana pizzeria, Mission Pizza Napoletana focuses on traditional wood-fired pizza and Italian-inspired fare.
This is the closest to the pizza you will find in Italian bars and restaurants...thin, crisp, smile toppings, piping hot from the pizza oven. Restaurant has a great atmosphere. You can watch your pizza being made. Wait staff never rush. Salads and starters are creative, use fresh local ingredients. Zepoli for dessert is to die for.

Quanto Basta is a really nice spot in Winston Salem and I lovely place to eat. The food is priced extremely well and you get what you pay for. It would be great if they took reservations and no one likes to wait for a table.

This place is a little out of the way and hidden but worth it. We take our family here when they come to town. This past time we tried the siciliano pizza and the jackfruit pizza. Both were excellent. Recently we have been getting the fried cauliflower as well. With their house made cashew vegan ranch. Spot on.

We were in town for the Piedmont Craft Guild Art Show and went to the Meridian Saturday night for dinner. It was elegant, sophisticated gourmet cuisine with exceptional service the food was plentiful, well presented, exceptional. We had the sautéed calamari and fried oysters to start. I enjoyed a blue rare ribeye with mashed potatoes and sautéed greens. My companions had the Ahi tuna, Duck three ways and Trout Almondine. Thumbs up all around. Expect gracious warmth and perfection. You wonât be disappointed.

Went with the family last week. Had 3 pizzas. All were good with plenty of toppings and all the way to the crust. Will be back.

MAAN!!! Where do I start???!!! Customer service A-1, wait staff backed each other with every table. Made amazing suggestions from appetizer to drinks, main course and dessert!!!! I got the eggplant since I don't eat meat and my wife got the ribeye and she requested her steak be loaded with fat!!! The server did NOT disappoint her!!! To be honest, the price was under what we were thinking we would pay and well worth it!!!!!

FROM THE SHORES OF ITALY, TO BROOKLYN NYC, TO NORTH CAROLINA... The Tre Nonne story begins, of course, in the old country. Hailing from Naples and Calabria; for generations the forerunners of the Maresca family took great pride and enjoyment in preparing
We were VERY disappointed during our visit and others have reported similar experiences. Greasy wooden table top, hand-lettered signs abound and give it a informal look but they charge high prices for very ordinary Italian classics. Worst was the heated squabbling among the employees/family! Weâll not repeat that mistake!

We arrived at 5:45, without a reservation. Good thing, as it was packed within 30 minutes. Friendly service. Great menu. Cozy but comfortable. Lighting needs some improvement-too dark at the table. I had a nice glass of Italian Pinot Grigio ($7), and, after great difficulty in selecting from the voluminous menu, selected Shrimp Scampi with fettuccini. Very good-hot and garlicky, but would have expected more than five shrimp. My wife ordered the highly recommended baked lasagna. Here, the sauce that was poured over the lasagna itself was excellent but the underlying layers of meat and pasta were far too dense for us. Nowhere, it seemed, was there ricotta in this lasagna. It had a strange, heavy consistency. Oh, the entrees include bread ( not crusty enough-seemed as if from Safeway) and a superb Caesar salad. All in all, a bit of a mixed bag, depending upon what was ordered, but far above ordinary.
