We were there to eat Italian dinner.Food we've received was much more German style.We had carpaccio,which had so much cheese on it and onion underneath,that I could not taste meat at all.My husband took Caprese,which was with strange sauce,more like marinate for meat.Then I had alio&olio spaghetti, which was ok.My husband took pasta with salmon,which was totally over cooked and drowning in heavy sauce. When we told the waitresses that pasta is not al dente,she just shrugged and went away with no word.For me Italian chef from this restaurant spent too much time in Germany and forgot what real Italian food is. At the end we had espresso,which also was very poor.

Food was very good authentic Italian which we enjoyed potions good and the food is freshly cooked. We had the pasta which was excellent followed by ice cream.

We were there for business lunch.We ordered pasta not from the card,we just told what we would like to eat.We received great,fresh,homemade pasta with aromatic ingredients,real Italian style.I would never expect so quality,authentic Italian food in small German city.Wine and service were also superb.

Wir waren hier für ein kurzes Abendessen zu Besuch. Es handelt sich um ein kleines italienisches Lokal. Die Bedienung war freundlich und alle Speisen und Getränke kamen schnell nach der Bestellung. Die Einrichtung wirkt durch den Steinboden recht kühl und bei mehreren besetzten Tischen war es auch recht laut. Die Pizzen waren auch hier recht klein (das Bergische Land hat da wohl andere MaÃstäbe als in den Städten). Die Speisen haben geschmeckt aber waren in keinster Weise auÃergewöhlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Beim Eintritt in das alte Schieferhaus , direkt an der Bundesstrasse , zögert man zuerst etwas ob man in diesem Lokal richtig ist aber der herzliche Empfang der freundlichen Bedienung bewegte uns zur Einkehr.Die Spezialität der Küche sind hausgemachte Nudeln ,also kamen wir nicht umher diese zu bestellen und wir waren begeistert.Fazit: Lass Dich nicht von ÃuÃerlichkeiten beeinflussen .Super leckker !!!
