P.S.T. officially opened its doors on October 2015 and is the new addition to the infamous Park Street Mews pedestrian road, located in the heart of Colombo. Spanning over two floors, the ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming and evoke a warm âhomeâ fee
I went with my wife here for her birthday and it was a superb experience. Great customer service, great selection of quality Italian food and super selection of wines. The only restaurant in colombo as far as I know that does a flaming parmigiana mantecatura(pasta finished off in a Parmesan cheese wheel thatâs been flamed, just before serving) and for a special occasion like this, it was just perfect! Highly recommended for any occasion!

Oro 1889 is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria that aims to offer our diners the same pizza that can be enjoyed on the streets of Naples, Italy. We are now proudly part of Alexandra & Ward, Odel Promenade,Odel, 5 WArd Place, Colombe 7
A gem! - do not worry about the dodgy shopping mall, empty dirty shops at the end of the corridor you will find a small restaurant with fantastic food!! Getting there was though ... veeeery hidden! We came just in time for closing and the guys were nice enough to still let us order .. and not go home hungry. We had bruschetta (not so wow, cold bread, would have been amazing toasted, and a loot of RAW (!) garlic) and a pizza with only tomato sauce .. and again a lot of garlic. The pizza was thin and fluffy on the side ... and a good size, yum! Thinking about coming back again, the pizza is def.a winner!! nice staff/family/owners and cute set up of the place rustic/basic .. what else do you need just goooood italian pizza and flair!

Open for Dinner Daily and Lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Went to Roccoâs for dinner with a few friends. We were a group of 6. The security person was really customer oriented and went out of his way to find us a safe parking place as the premisesâs car park was full. Inside the restaurant It was a bit busy but there were few tables vacant and the person who greeted us suggested politely that thereâs more room upstairs. So we obliged and we went for a table upstairs. After that moment onwards the service was downhill. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for the waiter to come and take the order. We had to go down twice for them to remind to come and take the order. We ordered 3 large pizzas ( spicy beef, seafood and some other meat pizza ) he said itâll take about 15 minutes which we were ok with. We ordered 6 drinks also. It took about 20-25 minutes for us to get the pizza. But no drinks. Normally at a restaurant the drinks are served first. We had the pizzas and wanted to order 2 more as were really famished. Another 5 minutes for the waiter to come again. Till then no mention of the drinks. Now itâs almost 45-50 minutes since we made the order. So we decided not to have the drinks. After a further 5 minutes the waiter comes with 4 drinks for a order of 6. Then we said we do not require the drinks anymore. Then he rudely said â if you donât want you should have told earlier â. Itâs not that we ddnt want the drinks, itâs just we ddnt want the drinks after 1 hr. So he went back really arrogantly and no sign of the other 2 pizzas. So we thought of just paying for whatever we got so far. We went downstairs and our waiter was there. I said we want to cancel the second order as well and just leave. He ddnt bother at all that their customers are leaving disappointed. He casually told the cashier to cancel the order and in smug way told the kitchen staff ( kitchen is open to the reception ) â if youâll havenât put those pizzas no need to do it â. So basically even after 15 minutes if ordering they havenât even put the pizzas to the oven. Then the manageress realised there was something wrong and enquired and we told her everything. She Dd apologised but not sure wether it was genuine or not. The reason I gave 2 stars is for the food which was quite tasty. Other than that, it was a really bad and disgusting experience. Worst table service Iâve ever had and Iâve been to a few restaurants in srilanka and overseas.

Sri Lanka's only Italian trattoria, this informal Colombo restaurant offers a homely atmosphere and views of the pool at the Hilton Colombo hotel.Choose from Italian specialties including home-made pasta and pizzas baked in a wood oven.
Food and drinks were good but the customer needs to keep a good eye on the bill coz they could charge you extra for something you did not have, we were a group of 5 ordered 5 mains and an extra pizza & desserts but by the time the bill came they have charged us for 7 mains (5000 Rs extra).Since there was not much of a crowd at the restaurant there was no reason for such a mistake and what we all thought was it was not a mistake but intentionally done (either the respective person intentionally charged us extra thinking that we wonât check the bill or he by mistake charged us extra but was too lazy to re punch the bill) When I mentioned it to them the way they acted clearly showed us that they very well knew about it.Somehow we find this not acceptable from a respectable hotel chainDear Dhanushka71Thank you for your comments on the Il Ponte and we do take comments such as these very seriously, we have checked with our restaurant manager and heard that after the specific order was cancelled they had voided the amount in the bill. There is absolutely no reason to deceive any of our customers as we respect each and every customer who patronizes our hotel and we do appreciate the support. Thank you once again for writing to us so that we could clarify any doubts. We do appreciate the support and look forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back.Yours Sincerely,Kapila Mohotti,Food & Beverage Manager,Hilton Colombo

I must say that the refurbished Hilton is definitely architecturally far more pleasing than expected, especially the lobby area and what is now called the Graze Kitchen, formerly the Spices Restaurant. The renovation definitely took the jaded furnishing up a notch in the Graze Kitchen. The good news is that the beautiful pond is still visible from inside. The food is placed in a pleasing display and is a blend of Asian, Fusion and Western, with an abundance of choice. The new eating nooks give a sense of privacy which I liked very much. I believe it caters to most palates. It certainly has a good ambience with subdued lighting and attentive staff. I would ask anyone to try it out!
