Would give 10 stars if possible. Pasta was excellent. Daughters had spaghetti and meatballs and cannelloni, both were great. My husband had the sunflower ravioli and I had the half moon ravioli and they were both outstanding. Very small place but please don't let that detour you, it is so worth it. The owner is so friendly and funny. The only bad thing about this place was that it is so far away from us because I would eat there weekly!

We went to this restaurant and we were expecting great food and service, but nothing was great about this Restaurant. First the dishes and glasses were not clean. Then the Service were just not friendly at all, the waitresses didn't wanna get bothered, you feel like that they are just not interested in doing anything like if they are forced to serve you. The food was too little and tasteless. Comparing this Restaurant to other Italian Restaurants like Di-Marcus, Carrabbas or Olive Garden, I think this one will be be the worst one that we visited.

I love this place for many reasons, but having an owner as a very experienced sommelier that can ask you a few questions and pour you your (next) favorite wine, well, that just takes it over the top! We wanted to try something different than our usual red favs: Sienna, Migration or Tresor, and she came up with a beautiful blend from NAPA ... you'll have to go ask her yourself though ;)Sit at the bar or a couch and ask for Lisa ...
Besides fruits and vegetables, it really excels when it comes to catering and desserts. You can stop and have a pizza, whole or by the slice, or sit there n the cafe for desserts and coffee. If you have been here or tried their food, you are really missing out.

At your Utica, MI Buca, we're serving up amazing mouthwatering Italian dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Near the Rochester and Utica State Recreation Area and Lakeside Mall, lots of our guests come to our Hall Road location after they've worked up a
I've eaten at other Buco's in the past. Bucos best days are in the past. The place was deserted; while Black rock next door was crankin. We were a couple and the 3 person portions are too much. When we decided to leave after drinks, the waitress wanted us to stay, so she let us order off the lunch menu.Buco needs to get with the time and have smaller portions. I realize the business model is built on family portions; but, people eat differently now.

This is the best Italian restaurant on the East Side period. It is a little expensive and you should always make your reservations a week in advance because it is always packed. My favorite appetizer is the Seafood Salad. It is hard to find something healthy, delicious and full of protein. But the Seafood Salad is all of these. My wife's favorite appetizer is the Eggplant Stack. I have had have of the entrees on the menu and they are all good. But my favorite is the Lobster Ravioli. My wife usually gets Eggplant or Chicken Parm. The noodles are always cooked perfect. I love Da's!

Went with a couple of friends to this small, but very good, family owned restaurant for lunch. Inside was very plain and clean. The menu selection was good and the service spot on! We were surprised to find out Italian and Polish home made dishes on the menu. The daily specials, were good, too. We had coffee, tea, bread and butter. We ordered the chicken parmesan with pasta, the two Fried chicken (actually pork skewers) with green beans, potatoes and gravy. The food looked and tasted very good. Glad we stopped in!

Small restaurant tables close together, can be loud and noisy, families with small children. Service is ok lacking experience, bar tender not very seasoned. Food was just ok, chicken parmigiana, chicken was poor quality. Have had much better tasting Italian food elsewhere locally. Would not return.

It all starts with the dough â made fresh here daily. We stretch it out and hand toss it and then it's on to the building station. We add our homemade red sauce along with fresh toppings like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, basil that we get from Detroi
From the looks of this place it was promising. I have to say that the ingredients were very good however, the dough had plenty to be desired. The dough was undercooked and appeared it lacked enough sugar to brown and have any texture. Although it did not appear to be, it had very little "browning" on the bottom and was soggy.
