The food was so rich and tasty and piping hot. Manager was visible and checked on us. Servers seem happy to be there and friendly, especially our server Robert. We will come back for sure!
Where to eat Healthy food in Victoria: The Best Restaurants and Bars

We have eaten here four times over the past year. Consistently, the food is good, especially for a town like Victoria! The main issue we have experienced is with certain waitstaff. The pizza here is delicious. The calzones are fantastic. The lasagna, seafood dishes and manicotti are all divine! Hot, fresh and tasty! Joes salad is ok....a little heavy on the cheese and iceberg lettuce but otherwise, itâs a good sized meal in itself. The dinner rolls are hit or miss. Sometimes they are soft and warm and other times, hard and cold. We ensure we order the dipping oil to offset the taste of the hard and cold ones. When it comes to service, we have had the opportunity to experience a diverse sampling. I must say, the owner and ONE particular woman (an older lady who wears a bow in her hair) have been stellar in terms of true customer service. In all of my reviews, I try to evaluate the staff in terms of customer interaction relative to the dining experience. Too much talking or asking questions, and a waitress can ruin a date night or family discussion. Not enough or no consistency, and that same person can upset a patron, leaving them feeling neglected. The last few times, there has been one particular waitress (a white woman with short red hair) who has tried to get too personal with us, listening to our private conversations and interjecting her opinions. My spouse noted her âbarâ type ways the last time we were here, but this time, she was a bit more overt and we left feeling very uncomfortable and awkward as a family. This particular incident, she asked some questions and made some references that were highly inappropriate for wait staff in general. My spouse felt very uncomfortable and expressed his discomfort with her weird and inappropriate questions as soon as we reached the exit door. He doesnât typically mind certain questions, but he felt her flirty questions and her trashy mannerisms to be highly inappropriate towards him as a married man dining with his family. Although we enjoy the food, we arenât sure we will return for dine in with the worry that we cannot dine as a couple or family without bar-like behavior from certain waitstaff. For food, I would give this place an excellent rating but inappropriate staffing can shift a legitimate review very quickly. Please remind staff to maintain professional decorum with customers and not ask questions about their personal lives and NOT try to insert themselves into very personal conversations.
I LOVE this place. We have meetings out in the mall and if we cancel a meeting I crave their Calizone. Also a family started and run it. I love that too...support local. I have also run in and pick something up for dinner also. Sauce on the side and have brought some home and put them in the freezer. Just little seating in the mall but this is NO fast food place. Did I say I love their food!
