Was here with my husband and some friends for dinner for the first time and really liked it! The waitress was super-friendly and always checking If we wanted or needed more. We had som different pasta-dishes and everybody was really happy:) will be back!

Portofino should be an Italian restaurant, and the clearest sign of this is that it serves pizza. Since it is not much more unfortunately, even if one has some Italian dishes on the menu. At lunch, it's only Swedish food, but nothing that stands out. The best thing about the restaurant is the wood-fired pizzas.The owners should look at the concept and bring life into an otherwise great opportunity. The area needs a good restaurant, there are many good examples and emulate.

After reading the advert in the paper that there would be a Django consert we got a group together and had a realy enjoyable evening. Good and reasonably priced food, good selection of wine and beers supported by an excellent jazz and jam session. Look up for their next advert

Small restaurant, few steps away from Gothia Towers. Limited choice from the menu and no opening shown to get anything out from it. I've got a nice piece of beef, tasty and soft, with assorted vegetables. Wine menù can be enriched as well, very limited selection for by the glass wines. Nothing special in terms of service and atmosphere but for a quick dinner it is OK.

Italian restaurant and bar down town Gothenburg, with an fantastic garden during the spring, summer and autumn. A place to take friends, family and buisness colegues! And the Chef Paolo Ceccon's food is so close to Italy you can come in Scandinavia! BENVE

Menu is missing basic Italian dishes, and what we got served was more like microwave supermarket food. Arrogant staff and not helpful or friendly at all. Also sat us on the closest table to the toilet even though restaurant was not even half full.Stay away.

We really enjoyed our visit here, the food was lovely - tasty and fresh. The place was busy but the waiter was friendly and did warn us we may have a little wait before we got our food. I could see that he was working hard but he always was friendly when he served us, even though It was me and My teenage children. I would happily go back here to eat.

This is a place we would gladly visit weekly if we were living in Gothenburg. Cosy atmosphere, friendly and attentative service, authentic, somewhat rustic Italian food (that is a compliment! Truly al dente, bravo), a wine list that makes us wine nerds go bananas. A very strong 4 this!!
