Arriving Saturday evening with 4 pax at 9.02 pm we were rudely told to that the kitchen closed 2 minutes before.Even a simple pizza was not possible, however people at most of the other tables in the restaurant were just served with their pizza s and pasta s.Leaving the restaurant we noticed a sign on the door even said kitchen open till 9.30pm....

Ich habe das Lokal am 7.10.2016 mit einer Freundin zu Mittag auf der Durchreise besucht. Wir waren also "Laufkundschaft" und die einzigen Gäste (im Gespräch mit dem Kellner erfuhren wir, dass derzeit tote Saison ist. Im Winter ist viel los, weil das Schigebiet Wurzelalm nicht weit ist).Kellner Peter hat sich sehr aufmerksam bemüht, mich wegen meiner Lactose-und Glutenunverträglichkeit zu beraten und der Koch hat das super umgesetzt. Unser Essen war sehr geschmackvoll und auch schön präsentiert. Wir haben Hendlrisotto und Zanderfilet gehabt.Das Tüpfelchen auf dem I waren aber die kunstvoll gefalteten Papierservietten, wie ich es in einem Lokal dieser wohlfeilen Preiskategorie noch nicht gesehen habe. Der Kellner hat sich über unsere positive Reaktion sichtlich gefreut und uns die Technik beigebracht.So hat sich der Aufenthalt im Belliny wie ein Besuch bei Freunden angefühlt.

We have been many times over the last 10 years that we visit Austria. The food and wines are always of high quality. There is a chef owner in the kitchen with lots of experience. Quality does not come cheap.

We have been there twice. The first time I ordered spaghetti bolognaise which was very disappointing. I have had far better and paid far less.Last week we decided to meet friends there. Overall the food was well presented but I suspect that my lasagne was made some time ago, then deep frozen and microwaved. It was seemingly hot on arrival but the middle was cold. Very suspicious and it was not worth the money !The meals of the other three were not very exciting and I have rarely seen ham sliced so thin.Would I go back. Certainly not. There is far better to be had in the local area.
