We met as a family and had delicious food! I started with a flirtini, then had fried olives. I also had the spaghetti and clams, it was tangy and delicious! My husband had the filet with fingerling potatoes. He said it was great! I topped it off with their lovely lemon tart, my daughter had their huge ice cream sandwich. We had great service and talked as a family, I canât wait to visit again!
We bought our coffees to take away as we were on our way to a picnic in the park. Quality was good. and service fast.

We loved Jimmy Daddona's that used to be in this location. This is NOT the recreation of them. The new place has an updated look, same dining area with new paint ect. The food was prepared well and the presentation was upscale. The portions were large with plenty to take home. We went with another couple and had a nice meal and visit, without feeling rushed. The entrees we ordered were the Lasagna, steak with risotto,Veal marsala and Carbonara. Appetizers consisted of Dr. Dave's Meatballs and Stuffed Hungarian Peppers which were both very good. The Parmesan bread balls were very good. I had the Wedding soup instead of a salad, it was not your traditional wedding soup, had an odd mismash of ingredients and did not taste "right" I ended up not eating it. The Veal was tender and the sauce was very good. The dish comes with a side of pasta, I chose the alfredo with spaghetti noodles. I had the Alfredo at the owners flagship Cafe Toscano (which was the best I ever had) but unfortunately, this was horrible. The Alfredo had a weird taste to it, so far off that I ended up throwing it away. If you love your Alfredo like me, this will be the worst you have ever tried. The couple we went with had the Lasagna and the Steak Risotto. The steak was tender and cooked as requested. The Lasagna was huge, and also reported to be good. The bills were on the higher side, ($80.00 - $90.00) with a glass of wine and a cocktail) but acceptable for the quality and portion sizes. The service was very good, the food came out in acceptable time and was very hot.My wife and I prefer Cafe Toscano and will go there instead for our next "fancy" Italian night out.

Where do I begin? Ate outside. Not that busy for a Saturday at 2:00 pm. Table was a little dusty, okay, itâs outside. Friend recommended this place since she had been there before. Waitress poured our water and then finally came back to take our order. Had to ask for a new water glass since it was chipped. Finally got one. Ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was average. Sauce over pasta was cold. Then, was mortified. Saw the staff drop a towel on the ground at table next to us where there was also a meatball. After a few minutes he picked it up, did not hesitate and went over to another table to ready it, sprayed his bottle on the table and proceeded to wipe the table off with the same rag that was on the ground. I must say my stomach turned.Waitress never came over to see how our meal was until she brought the check. Never want to return here because you never know about who cleaned your table. Totally disgusting.Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it when our guests take the time to leave us the gift of honest feedback. I apologize for your experience at our restaurant and I have shared your comments with our Chef, the entire management team and our team members. Please feel free to contact our GM, Dawn Hankinson, she would like to apologize to you personally and invite you back.Bob Archer, ManagerM Italian Chagrin [email protected] 440-247-7474

My husband and I were passing through SOLON for a weekend away in Cleveland. Just by chance we stopped in at Roseâs. From the moment we walked in we were so impressed. Alesci's is a very good lunch spot. The sandwiches and entrée offerings are usually very good. They have a few tables to eat at but a little scrunched together and the window seat stools are very uncomfortable. I find it best to carry out.
