Stopped in for lunch. We were seated right away and Sarah our waitress was right there. From the moment we sat down to the time we left it was prompt, courteous, and the food (Chicken Picante) along with breadsticks and soup were excellent. I have ate at several Olive Gardens, over the years and at no time have I have ever had a bad experience. This Olive Garden in Sierra Vista is no exception. Sarah, told me it wasn't one of her better days. From the service we received it didn't show. She was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I hope to return in the future.

Placed an order and it said it would be 15 minutes. We were surprised at how little time they quoted. We go through the window, pay and then they come back to the window and state it is not out of the oven yet. We wait at the window about ten minutes. They come back, tell us it should not be much longer and ask us to pull back around to let another car up. We move, get back in line, get to the window, tell them our info and again, it is not ready. This time the lady says that it is not even in the oven yet and that the oven is packed. Another five minutes before they ask us to pull around again. We get behind two cars this time who get their orders quickly. We get to the window, wait about 5 minutes before anyone even opens the window though we can see them clearly, three employees talking and drinking soda. When they come to the window, get our information and again tell us it is not ready. We ask when it will be ready and she says this time itis in the oven, it should only be a few more minutes, delivery was busy and they have to get deliveries made before carry-out. The whole time delivery drivers are coming in and out of that door, so we could see delivery was busy, we cannot get delivery from anyone where we live and an accurate time is all we asked. We could of waited to pick it up. We wait another five minutes and then our pizza is given to us. One box feels hot the other is actually cool. Annoyed, but whatever. We drive home and then realize... they did not put any sauce on one of our pizzas even though it is clear on the receipt. Buffalo sauce as the sauce on the bottom as well as the drizzle. Both are missing. Maybe they were out but all that time that we were waiting they could of mentioned it to us. The pizza was poorly cut as well as topped, missing sauce on one of them, the customer service is terrible and they cannot accurately quote a time. Carry-out comes second to delivery.
The lunch buffet may lack variety, but the salad bar is fresh and adequate, and the pizza choices are just fine. Plus, they'll make a pizza for the buffet if your choice isn't already there. Finally, unlike other buffets, we've never gotten sick after eating at the pizza hut buffet. Apart from the buffet, the pizzas here are excellent. We like the crust to be crispy and they're very good about cooking our pizzas longer to get the crispy crust.
