We ordered carryout on a warm Sunday night. Arrived to pickup at the appointed time and waited nearly 45 minutes for our $55 order. We should have seen the red light: a party of 12 showed up for their reservation and the staff had move tables to accommodate the group. Really? The restaurant wasn't prepared for a party of 12? Or a $55 carryout order. We won't return until we hear service has improved.I'm so sorry you had a negative experience at our restaurant. It saddens me when our service does not meet the expectations of our customers. I would like to address your problems though...That twelve top did NOT have a reservation. They caught us off guard. You better believe that if someone makes a reservation that we are ready for them at the designated time. As for the extended pick-up time, you must take into consideration that Sundays are football days, and obviously our most busy time. With an afternoon Packer game and the fact that we service Camp Bar with food, we get very busy. We hand roll all of our pizzas to order and if we are busy sometimes orders take longer than usual. We had bruschetta and caprese for appetizers and both were very good. The flavor of the bruschetta was excellent. Then we had the lemon chicken and gnocchi special, and they were delicious as well. Fresh ingredients. The presentation of everything was great. I also tried the Sicilian potato pancake and loved it. They were on top of keeping our drinks refilled and we didn't have to wait too long for the bill. I'd highly recommend eating here; excellent dinner, very cozy little spot.

Had yet another family dinner at Pizza Man. The food is great but itâs the service that really sets it apart. We brought out of town guests and had a great dinner. The gluten free pizza was appreciated and the wide choice of salads added to the great pizza! Thanks for the birthday cheesecake too! Yummo!

Dined here with a large group. Everyone was tired of sausages and cheese curds! This place did the trick. From start to finish everything was wonderful. The appetizers of calamari, eggplant sticks, toasted ravioli were all outstanding. Everyone pretty much stuck to pasta and meatballs. Each dish was better than the next. Nobody had room for dessert. Service matched the food; excellent!!!

We tried Zarletti for the first time before a 7:30 theatre performance nearby. The meal was amazing and the service was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed a great bottle of wine, the recommended antipasto platter and two spectacular pasta dishes. No worries about running late for the show as the timing and attentiveness of the staff showed they clearly cared about our schedule and experience. We loved the ambiance and can't wait to go back. Well done!

Located in a low-key neighborhood, this simple restaurant is well designed, comfortable and inviting location for excellent Italian food and custom cocktails. Even though the menu leans towards being meat-centric, there were still options for my pescatarian dining preferences. The portions and prices are spot on for the quality of ingredients and care of cooking. Reservations are not accepted so plan accordingly.

Our son is a student at UWM and we wanted to treat him and his girlfriend to dinner that wasn't quick serve casual. Both are first year students and didn't have any suggestions but both like Italian. Google listed several places not too far from campus. We checked out the menu and were pleased that they took online reservations as we would be coming from outside Milwaukee and didn't want to be caught waiting for a table.When we arrived we were greated warmly. Several large families were already there. Multigeneratonal groups made us feel like we had chosen correctly and we were right. We enjoyed mozzarella sticks, and Italian bread with olive oil. Dinners came with choice of soup or salad. Two had salads and the other two had soup. I had vegetable soup. Nice chunks of veggies that hit the spot. Our entrees were well portioned and delicious. I The two students had left overs to take home, which made them happy. With three more years of coming to UWM we will be back.

We had a great experience because of all the great recommendations from our server Tina! Our drinks were fantastic, I had the Stella Old fashioned-it was nice and sweet. Second I had the Fig cocktail-also delicious and less sweet. The scallop app was so full of flavor. The Burrata bruschetta has a hint of sweet and was great to share with a good of four. Everyone enjoyed their entrees: Waygu beef, lamb pasta, shrimp spaghetti and Mediterranean fish. No time for dessert, we had to get to the Celine Dion concert. Canât wait to go back!
