If you're an American and are in Shingu, chances are that you've already spent some time in Kyoto, Osaka, or Nagoya and have already had a number of meals of various Japanese cuisines. So you're probably ready for some pizza. Eat it here. It's very good. Two pizzas fed three people nicely. Service was also excellent, though we were the first customers on a weeknight, so the place wasn't busy during our visit. But really, this is outstanding super-thin, wood-oven pizza.

新宮駅前の商店街にあるイタリアンのお店。出張時に夕食で利用させていただきました。平日の夜8時頃でしたが、店内はほぼ満席で、にぎわっていました。地元の方が多い、人気店のようです。まず、ワイン、日本酒、ジュースなどドリンク類のメニューがとても充実しています。日本酒はイタリアンに合う、和歌山のお酒をセレクトしています。料理のメニューも定番の料理から数々。ピザも自家製チーズもとてもおいしかった。接客も、一見さんにもあたたかく、おもてなしの心を感じます。ランチもディナーもやられています。間違いなくいいお店です。
