Lovely pizza restaurant. Everything is prepared fresh (allmost) right in front of you. Staff is very friendly. And this is definetly to go to if you wanna have something else than fish! Pizza is delicious, aswell as the garlic bread with cheese and the desert.

We were the only customers on Wednesday lunchtime. Garlic bread with cheese was ok. No lasagne available so my partner had spaghetti bolagnase....it was ok. Not enough bolagnase but tasty. My pizza was not great. The base was dry and floury. Not a good Italian pizza. I would rank as Pizza Hut . Not in same league as Pizza Express. 20⬠with water. Would not rush back. Cash only.

A small, hidden gem of a restaurant which delights not just with it's excellent food and wine but also with warm and generous hospitality. It's easy to drive by without noticing but I implore you to make an effort to find Retiro de Campo. You will not be disappointed. Great pizzas, mouth watering black pig and satisfying monkfish and prawn rice casserole. The Black Pig red wine, as recommended by our lovely hostess (with perfect English) was the perfect accompaniment to the third delicious dinner of our holiday. Highly recommended.Thank you very much. hope we can see you again.

We ordered food at this restaurant as a take away twice. First time we waited at the restaurant, they told us it will take 30min, at the end we waited about 60min. Due to the food being really good we decided to try it again couple of days later. This time we drove to the restaurant, ordered the food and asked how long it'll take. They told us 30 minutes. After 40min we came back, still no food and we had to wait again 35min more. They began making the food 15min AFTER we came to pick it up. We didn't even get a glass of water or an singe word of excuse from the Restaurant team. For us this experience was enough to never get some food at this restaurant again.
The nicest Tiramisu gelato ever! Went twice during our visit to Sesimbra. Nice view out to the ocean too.
