We ate lunch here whilst staying in a nearby village. The food was very good, tasty and reasonably priced. We managed to get a table on the 'small balcony' which had good views of the coast in the distance. However the staff were not very friendly towards us, which did not create a good atmosphere and this spoilt our visit.caro amico ti rispondo alla tua recensione dicendoti che noi lavoriamo solo con prenotazione. comunque vi ho fatto mangiare lo stesso domenica 4 giugno. in più ti avevo dato un tavolo al interno del sala ristorante appena mi sono spostato per andare in cucina vi Ho trovato nel balcone dove noi abbiamo solo tavoli piccoli che usiamo per due persone e voi eravate in tre, ed esclusivamente al sole. cosi o pensato con la mia cortesia di farvi pranzare in terrazza.apparecchiando solo per voi, al aperto e non al sole. il giorno successivo avete telefonato alle ore 14,30 dicendomi se era possibile fare pranzare mia moglie e il bambino.Io ho risposto dicendo che eravamo chiusi semmai avrebbe telefonato alle 12,00 avrei comprato qualcosa di vostra richiesta

Beautiful place located in Savoca. I went there with my girlfriend, she ate a really good pizza and I tried some typical dishes. All exceptional, we followed Linda's advice who helped us and was very kind. I will definitely return!!!thank you very much, i'm glad you liked it! i hope see you soon!

Premesso che Savoca è un borgo che merita una visita, lâagriturismo San Nicola è il posto giusto per fermarsi a mangiare. Location semplice e spartana, ma Il pranzo è stato allâaltezza delle aspettative: antipasto discreto (con punte di eccellenza per i funghi e la caponata); primi ben cucinati; grigliata di buon livello. Di fronte al nostro tavolo, inoltre, câera un piccolo parco giochi che i bambini hanno apprezzato parecchio.La grande cortesia del personale ed i prezzi assolutamente onesti sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta.

It was the first time I went here as I am on holiday in Sicily and a friend of mine told me about this place. If I could give I would give 100 âï¸ as the food is very traditional and everything is homemade. The bread is freshly made and nicely crispy. You can build up your own sandwich with different ingredients and all of them is from the homeland. And when it comes to the price I was shocked how cheap is this incredibly tasty and big portions. Will be back for sure

I sat down at the roadside tables overlooking the valley. I asked for a good Sicilian red wine and got a huge glass of brilliant cabernet! Chatting to the owner who served me, I discovered they had a very nice dining room upstairs and clearly served a good menu in the evening.My wife had continued up the hill to more historical sites so I had to have a second glass.Really good wine at very reasonable prices in a marvellous location.

I had a previous dinner in winter where I have been impressed by the quality of the food and the kindness of the waiter. I decided to go back for dinner in August in one of my trips to the Taormina area.The restaurant was crowded with no attention at all to clients. We had to wait about twenty minutes once seated before the waiter came to us. We the waited forty minutes to have the appetizers served, and about one hour for the main course. I noticed that the owner or person in charge was kind with clients he knew, and rude with occasional clients. Others complained for the poor quality of service and lack of attention.On the positive side meals are appealing and good quality. Price is on the high side for Sicily, but affordable by international standards.In summary it is a restaurant worth to go if motivated by search of good food, but to avoid if used to be respected even if occasional client.Dear Francesco, I read your review carefully and I remember your table very well, you arrived at the restaurant without a reservation and with all the reserved tables we made it possible to accommodate you and was advised of the waiting times you accepted. The month of August for Sicily is of intense presence and puts us in a severe test compared to when she came previously from us, for the kindness, for the hospitality and the service if you read all the reviews of our customers there thank everyone. For the prices since she was already our guest it was certainly not unprepared, seeing as we said we offer quality. Please reassess your hasty and perhaps too severe judgment for having stretched the issues of expectation even though you were warned! We are always waiting for you with the desire to do well as all our customers testify.

The only place we ate at twice. The service was excellent and we only ended up here because we couldnât get in to the very over rated and disappointing restaurant next door with the queue. What a result! First time we had the beef fillet with cheese fondue. Oh my god. No steak knife needed. Next visit I had the Vongole. By far the best Iâd ever had. The wine was food. The bread was beautiful and fresh. Honestly, donât miss this place out. Excellent. Grazie per aver recensito il nostro ristorante. à un onore sapere che siamo stati lâunico posto in cui abbiate mangiate per due volte. La nostra carne è selezionata grazie al nostro macellaio Alberto che ci rifornisce della prodotto migliore. La nostra carta dei vini è di certo ricca ma la dobbiamo migliorare. Il pane devo dire che ci da grandi soddisfazioni e lâabbinata con il nostro olio è stato un successo. Grazie ancora per le vostre gradite parole e speriamo di rivedervi presto. Giuseppe e Patrizia
