I would love to like this restaurant. I had visited before. This time i went just before leaving Sarnano. I wanted something simple. Positive points... its just outside the centro. negagives...that day, virtually everything. I ordered a chicken dish. three little pieces came, with bones. a tiny bit of sauce. with some bread. and flies . the wait staff that sat leaning on the cash ragister. I really feel badly, but this is not a good place to go.

The farm is surrounded by oak trees in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. Our strength lies in the close connection to the territory: in fact the raw materials come from our crops and farms. The family-style cuisine enhances the traditional flavors: ha
This is a restaurant tucked away gown a track with the only sign being a rough handwritten sign off the main road.Great for children as there is a big play area within view of outside seating. There is no choice but there is no need! Huge plates of delicious ham, salami, sausage, followed by a very worth bean soup and then chops/steak and a pud - with wine for four adults and two children, just 120 euros!

The Hotel Restaurant La Marchigiana since 1961 offering hospitality, qulity and genuine local dishes, all preparedwith simple natural ingredients.
After some very bad and mediocre meals in the Sibillini Mountains we found La Marchigiana. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. A warm welcome and we were allowed to choose our table. It is a big restaurant spread over several rooms. It was Monday night - usually a quiet night in this area and the place was nicely buzzing. We choose the aquamarine room which had lovely artwork and gave a feeling of warmth and elegance. The service by a young waiter was amazing - nothing was too much trouble, he went to great lengths to make everything we asked for possible. The owner of the restaurant came to welcome us and so did her husband. We choose the slow-cooked wild boar and a beautiful peace of beef cooked on rucola, walnuts and figs. Both dishes were succulent, beautifully presented and served with great flair. It was lovely to see them being prepared over the open grill. We enjoyed it all together with some nice crisp prosecco and a good local wine. Following the meal we were treated to a selection of amazing homemade cantuccini and other delicacies. We couldn't finish them and asked if we could take them on our mountain walk the next day. Again, no problem, our waiter wrapped them up with a smile and what a surprise to open the little box today and find that some more cookies had been added. How very special to have found this place where the owners and staff take great pride and joy from not only offering wonderful food but also do so with such warmth and generosity. I couldn't think of a single thing that could have been better.Hi Henriette,Thank you for your review.See you soonMarchigiana's staff

We ate here recently with a big group of family and friends on a busy Saturday night, food ordered ranged from Truffly pastas to Pizzas, fantastic tagliata steak with rocket, Grana and Pomodorini. Service was amazing, food was even better and the bill was ridiculously low, we will return! Thanks

After walking around the town centre and finding nowhere open for Monday lunch, it was a delight to enjoy eating here. Some unusual dishes not seen on other menus; wild boar on papadelle and lamb and porcini pasta. Refreshing to find to and to enjoy a different meal.

This little gem is set in a beautiful medieval building and has amazing food and wine. The meat is made on special hot stones and it is delicious. The homemade pasts is cooked to perfection and the antipasti is delicious. The owner is friendly and very kind and makes the visit feels like you are dining at a friend's house. The place itself is warm and cozy and I highly recommend going there.During August it is recommended to make reservations.

Would throughly recommend. Tiziana's food is always delicious and innovative (using local ingredients), Gabriele is a charming, charismatic host and their daughters are very hard workers. They are an excellent team. Advisable to book - it can get very busy. Menus are discussed with Gabriele at the head of the table and he will advise you of is on offer that nightWe have visited a few times and the food has always been consistently excellentA special mention has to be made to the pannicota with forest berries which has to be tried This is a combination of italian charm, love of food and hospitality at its best .

Homemade pasta and dessert, large selection of raw milk cheeses, local traditional cold cuts, vegetarian and gluten free menu.
We have been here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. The food is excellent, cooked to order with the freshest of ingredients. The house wine, whether red or white, is very drinkable and extremely good value. The waiter/owner is very friendly and efficient. This restaurant is well worth the drive.
