The pizza is excellent, it is very tasty, adding that the place is not expensive at all and the pizzas are of a very good size. The place is cozy, with a great service that takes a maximum of ten minutes to have your order ready and also has place to eat inside the establishment, as well as on the terrace, perfect to go as a family, as a couple, alone or with friends.

Went for late lunch (so no noisy kids, which seems to be the norm), and it was a delightful surprise. Tomato soup is a must! And the "bramasole" ravioli another one. Desserts are made in another place but they are fresh and delicious. Fruits really "natural" from fruit, not for "pulp" (as is the norm in Chile where they offer "natural" juices made from pulp!). We noticed that sugar level is low in juices and desserts, which is a very good thing! Must come back!

Un lugar bien ubicado, con estacionamiento. una carta variada y tienen cerveza sim gluten. El sushi muy rico. El lomo saltado lo recomiendo. Un lugar agradable.

Just coming back from Italy and tried pizzas at La Fabbrica. Excellent quality and comparable with the best ones we ate in Italy. Very good service by Adrian and Karen; we did not have reservations and both did a great work.Congratulations

I recently made my second visit here and was so disappointed with the service. The staff were so disinterested. We arrived just after 6pm and at 640pm we decided to approach the kitchen to ask if we could order. We were told they were out of salami so that meant no salami pizzas. Thats ok. The staff at no stage asked if we wanted any more drinks so further beers were obtained directly from the bar. The waiter was quite snooty when our tip fell slightly short of the 10% due to our two families splitting the bill. Overall this was a disappointing visit. The pizzas were still good though. Dear Harry, Thank you for the review. We are very sorry that you and your family didnât have a perfect experiencie. We are constantly working on getting better and we are aware of how important a good service is. We are glad you enjoy the pizza and we hope to see you again soon.

Owned and serviced by its owners, the food is delicious. Try the sampler platter for 3 to 4 people for CLP 27.000. If you can/want include a local wine and you are set for the rest of the day. The Salsa Liguriana di Mando is also quite the experience.In short if you are around and fill like Italian food come visit.
