Sure picking up La Scala is a good choice, because the place is well taken care of by its manger and owner. On and on and on. Whatever you pick it is good: special of the day, Italian pasta, pizza, or else (even grilled meat). Cleanliness of everything, from napkin to washrooms, enormous choice of dishes (very extended), large beverage selection, excellent price/quality ratio: everything makes that customer's experience will be positive. In the night, in Winter when it rains, this very good restaurant will compel set for the delusion of (typical Swiss) ordinary (bad) weather. You'll leave happy, after the traditional handshake of the friendly manager or his chef.

Très mitigé par l'accueil glacial et la fâcheuse impression de déranger, complément en décalage avec l'unique commentaire de ce lieu ?.Pizza infâme, garniture quasiment inexistante et pâte en carton dur comme de la charogne.C'était peut-être un mauvais jour, mais une très très mauvaise expérience culinaire, il est sûr que l'on ne s'y risquera pas à deux fois.

It defenitly is the place to go for good pasta. Small selection of starters and good choice of pasta, food feels very fresh. On weekends it can get very bussy with families so it can get loud.

There were not many restaurants open late in the evening of a weekday. But the pizzeria was opened and almost full. The decoration and general atmosphere is pretty simple, without pretention. But the wall of italian movie stars is nice. The list of pizza offered is great, with half being the classics, and the other half being 10-15 original combinations. The pizza was excellent and quite big (especially with a lot of rucola on top in the one I choose). I was quite full! The service was friendly and good. Definitely a place I would return on my next visit to Payerne.Thank you see you soon ;o)

What a surprise, in such a small village to find native Italians managing a restaurant, from the service to the cook. Due to my 21 years in Italy, Iâm very picky with pasta and pizza and I was impressed. Home made pasta perfectly cooked âal denteâ with very good sauce, the tagliatelle ai porcini were great. Same for the thin pizza, nice and crusty borders with quality topping. Iâm often disappointed by the coffee in restaurants as they are not like in Italy but here I could find it, the real Italian espresso!
