I deeply recommend to try this Italian food temple where every detail is taken care of religiously. Seafood and meat are soft and fresh. Pizza and pasta taste family home made. Cheese and salami are original and imported. Deserts are luxurious. Wine selection is wide and comprehensive. Prices reasonable and fair. After meal you’ll be invited to try a large selection of Italian spirits you can’t find anywhere else.

Sorry i get time only now to review your restaurant altough I went there last month..As mention in TripAdvisor Casanova an italian - Pizza - European restaurantso expectation is there especially for a foreigner crowd... as I title this review 'definetely to improve'... here are my thoughts about Arrive at the restaurant 12:19... restaurant was with just 9 other guest sitting....restaurant seems quiet just a few tables, bright natural lighting since was a sunny day and make you feel warm and comfy. I sit down and I receive the menu from one of your waiter,I receive the bread basket (two slice of bread with a bottle of olive oil and Balsamic) expecting at least 2 varieties of bread maybe a grissini sticks...I order as a starter for mushrooms with basil pesto (the taste of pesto was ok)that's all because the mushrooms were slightly raw in the middle and if you are using portobello mushrooms could be a tricky to ensure its cook properly...I order for "Spaghetti Crab" ...when i ask the waiter if the crab its local or imported, he seems not understand 100% since he reply me "the crab its inside the pasta" ... on top of that the sauce where over too much and crab did not strong enoughfor a seafood type of pasta I am definetely, definetely not expecting parmesan cheese on top... really strange...I don't get it,,,Second course I order for cod fish with mash potato and green peas puree (despite i have been waiting 15 minutes at least should be nicely hot...the mash potato definetely cold) feel really sad because the waiter 'Andy' if I am not mistaken was reccomend me the dish, so if you know that the cod its your 'SIGNATURE' should be perfect in all the aspects...To finish my meal I order for a tiramisu (I asking without ice cream) the reason because all your desserts listed are serving with ice cream....However the tiramisu was average and portion definitely small To compliment the entire meal I have order as well for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc ...let's say......""hmmm I think the wine is nice too"".......Bill comes out for a total of 437RMB...At the end I would like to see this place more buzzing and more excited since its inside a beautiful shopping mall complex (HiSense) a nice view to the Marina.....so all the ingredients are there to a perfect eatery experience but somehow it seems to be a lot of details are scruffy along the way...I hope can be improved on my next visit ....

Visited this restaurant with friends and was pleasantly surprised by both taste and price. The salads and main courses were delicious and generously portioned. Was told that reservation was recommended but once there found that place was still available (we sat upstairs) - however, next time will make reservation as I would not want to rely on luck again! Parking may not be easy as restaurant is in a busy street with many parked cars (suggest to take a taxi or have driver drop you). Good place, good food and good price - will definitely go back!

Loved the authentic taste of Italian food right here in China where it’s so difficult to find good western cuisine. The Chef is Italian so I Guess you could call it authentic. Not too expensive, I would say it’s reasonably priced! Well I was very satisfied!

Service was great, however the food was poor. I'm not a picky eater, but I've traveled to many different countries and tried a lot of food. This ranks as the worst Italian I've ever had. Starting with the bread, it was all white bread. That can be good if it's a nice loaf of fresh italian and a tasty seasoned crust, but not when it's the little rolls with no flavor, the only thing that saved it was the dipping oil and butter. This was the highlight of the meal.Next was the pumpkin cream soup. It tasted like neither pumpkin nor cream. Honestly if you've eaten enough chinese food around northern china, you'll instantly recognize the oily taste of whatever the base oil is that they love to use here for absolutely everything. I'm guessing it's soybean oil. Definitely not a cream base. No other flavors stood out besides the oil taste. Zero seasoning detected.Lastly was the pizza. Let me just say that if this was a pizza served in the USA, the place would be out of business in a week. The cheese and toppings were fine, but there was barely any sauce to be detected, and what was there was either bland or simply overpowered. I'm talking maaaaybe a few tablespoons of sauce for an entire pizza. Then there was the crust. Normally this is my favorite part of the pizza, but it's like they used the same bland dough for the rolls as they did for the pizza crust. Zero flavor detected. Pizza is usually a nice guilty pleasure, but 2 pieces in, I wondered why I was wasting the calories. In closing, the food just isn't up to a western standard if you've ever eaten at an Italian place in the USA. If this is what it's like in Italy, I'd give up Italian.First of all, i apologize for your terrible experience, and next, lets try to understand....Service was great, < THANK YOU > however the food was poor. < DEPENDING ON THE FOOD ORDERED, SURE, CAN BE, BUT MAYBE YOU ARE CONFONDING SIMPLE WITH POOR >I'm not a picky eater, but I've traveled to many different countries and tried a lot of food.
