Since TA, Yelp, etc don't seem to list the new location in Cedar Park, I'm leaving one here. Granted, this location has only been open a couple weeks, if that, but was sorely disappointed. Pizza was mediocre at best and overpriced. Wine list was very limited and also overpriced. What's worse, is that almost right across the street is Gino's, which is way better. Wait staff was obviously poorly trained, but I understand it just opened.
The Al Pacino pizza was excellent and I could only eat half, the other half will make a great lunch, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham and hamburger. My wife liked her chicken parmigian, she asked for a side salad instead of spaghetti. They bring you a couple hot rolls, these were amazing.
Not wanting to get out we checked out one of the delivery service websites. And we saw the listing for Subzone. We had not heard of it before so we tried it. We tried the Super Sub (Roast Beef, Turkey, Pepperoni, and Provalone) and we were hooked. We have been back many many times now and are probably going back there tomorrow.I think the thing that got our attention the most was their bread. Not like the soggy subs you normally find around town, this bread was fresh and toasted crisp. And the meat and cheese was overflowing. I met the owner who emphasized to me that his philosophy is to make his food as if he were making it for his family. That Super Sub should have its own food group!!

We are the one and only GINO'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN ROUNDROCK we are NOT affiliated with anyone else using the GINOS name. we opened 1993 and going strong.
Even with a large group, this restaurant shines, in both service, and quality of the food. The wait staff maintains their cool, treats everyone like family, and makes the dining experience extra special.Individually, I had the Mussels Marinara, full of fresh tasty mussels, good sauce, pasta cooked perfectly. Wife had the Meat Lasagna, her only complaint is that it had a lot of cheese, and she's not a big cheese person. Her lose, I ate the cheese! Friends at table with us had Chicken Piccata, said it was wonderful. Had Limoncello Mascarpone Cake for dessert - YUM!Meal for 2, with salad, 3 glasses wine, 1 ice tea, tax and tip came to about $90, and well worth every penny.
