Things to do in Petralia Soprana
Where nature and taste blend in the name of being Sicilian... Resort Cerasella is an historic complex of great charm and beauty: it consists in a large banquet hall, a swimming pool and comfortable bungalows provided with every comfort. It is the ideal pl
We celebrated the New Year's Eve 2017 here and it was very nice. The food was awesome but the children's menu lacked from preparation and portions were small. We had a live band playing Cicciuzzi and there was also dancing. It was a very nice atmosphere.Thank you dear guest.

Located in the heart of the Madonie natural reserve, the Sapori di Sale restaurant offers the opportunity to complete your visit to the centre of the sicilian island by experiencing the best of the local and traditional recipes. Slow cooked meat, traditio
There is nothing I can say that will encompass the atmosphere, delight or sheer bliss that I experienced when visiting 'Mama Venera' and her children at the Sapore Di Sale. This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere in this small village we just happened to come across while traveling through Sicily. Just thinking about it makes me want to catch a plane and go back. I don't know the names of the dishes that we had, but they were all freshly made and exquisite. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients, the love that is was prepared with and the tradition of the olden days. The service was amazing (even though I did not speak the language we managed) and the place was decked out with traditional family heirlooms. All in all, delicious food, great service and fantastic wine! In you are in a 100 mile radius ...just go!!

This is a restaurant that uses only local ingredients -- the furthest an ingredient traveled was from the next village. The ingredients are simply prepared, and the quality and care shine through in the meal. Meals are leisurely, and relaxed. The chef and his wife are ever-present and gracious. The restaurant is very vegetarian friendly. There are also numerous cats on the outside terrace that delight both children and adults.

Nice and bright, having been recently refurbished. Good food, locally sourced. The wine list is good. The restaurant is airy and the tables set well apart. The waiters speak a smattering of English. There are no outside tables. The meals were reasonably priced.
