Visiting one of my favourite wineries in Okanagan Falls, "The Blasted Church" I was surprised to see a mobile pizzeria, Stoked Embers Wood Fire Pizza in the parking lot.Being lunchtime and hungry my husband and I decide to order the spinach pizza, though we weren't expecting much. How wrong we were. The pizza has to be one of the best we've had, made from scratch, with all fresh ingredients. The crust was exceptionally tasty. It was so good we ordered another 3 for our family who was to join us. This is a must if you're in the area.We are Stoked to serve! We strive to create the best pizza you'll ever have! Using local, organic and premium ingredients, baked at high temperature in a cherry wood fired oven, sets us apart from the rest. So glad that you enjoyed.

Our son in law-to-be took decided to treat all 4 of us out for a special dinner - 3 of us had ribs 1 had chicken - The ribs came on wooden boards they looked very dry no lovely glisten or steam coming off them. After cutting and chewing a couple of ribs off the rack we all decided way too cold to enjoy. We called the waiter over who took away our food leaving our daughter eating her chicken alone! - she of course stopped eating and waited for our meals to come back to the table which took enough time for us to all start getting annoyed and frustrated - our ribs returned, the original 3 meals had been re-plated on to china plates. including the half chewed ribs - ewww yuck really - and I have no idea whose was who - now we have 3 hot plates and our daughter has cold chicken - after pointing this out they took her plate away to reheat - GONG SHOW - the whole meal was irritating and and so upsetting for us as our son in law to be was trying to treat us to a special meal. As a side note as a cook myself I was surprised as the ribs hadn't even been prepared correctly as the tough membrane was still intact in the bone side of the rack - as any amateur cook knows this should be removed before cooking - The bill $200 very mediocre at best. definitely wouldn't recommend or return.Admittedly not one of your better tables. We don't serve the ribs on wooden boards that are prep heated, the second batch of ribs we sered on hot plates just to main heat as best as we could. Your daughter said don't remove the chicken the first time and then you insisted when the ribs returned. Very confusing when everyone is try to defuse things in different ways. But now that you have used all your expired groupons I don't expect you to return. Oddly you licked all your plates clean.

We finally went for dinner at this little rustic Italian ristorante. The owners came straight from Italy and this is fully expressed in the flavour & textures of the food. Hand made pasta daily and a perfect pizza oven reminds you of being in Italy. We had the special pasta and the carbonara and just had to try the wood oven margherita pizza because the aromas just draw you in. Highly recommend it especially if you love Italian! We will be back!!Thank katthegrape, it was a pleasure to read that you enjoyed our fresh pasta and our pizza and you could remember your trip to Italy enjoying our simple and fresh ingredients. This is my intent, allowing people to be able to discover the true flavors of Italy by tasting our authentic homemade food with love and passion.

We had a huge group of over 50 for a buddies 50th. The staff was super efficient,accommodating, and friendly. The free bread and dip hit the spot with the appetizers.i had the mussels in wine sauce so good. The crab dip looked delicious.the seafood fettuccini was awesome as was my in insalata italiano. Happy hour is perfect. Everything went well. Thanks pasta factory staff.

Loved how the whole dinner came together in offer of dinner choices and service. Our waitress really knew her stuff , for both offering suggestions, handling multi-couple bills and small problems. So many things on the menu to choose from , I had a hard time choosing. If I lived in Penticton , I'd be a regular for sure.

Have been coming for 20 years and have yet to be disappointed. Always a lovely evening with great food and good service. We always spend our special birthday dinners at La Casa Ouzeria.
