On this trip to Payson, I had my whole family with me. As soon as we got into town, we headed straight for Pizza Factory. Service was awesome! We had a loaded pizza, some wings, and an order of lasagna. My daughter was disappointed with her lasagna because it didn't have enough pasta in it, causing it to be too soupy. Everything else was delicious!

I was visiting Payson and decided to get a pizza delivered to my hotel room at the end of a long day. Pizza ordered at 8:47, gave credit card info and they said pizza would arrive by 9:20. I couldn't remember if they said 9:20 or 9:30 so I waited.At 9:40, I called them and asked why my pizza had not been delivered. They told meThere was no order under that name. Then they asked if I was sure I had ordered from them (there's only one Pizza Hut in Payson...). I told them that I hit redial on my cell phone. At that point, they gave me to another person. This new person said literally the same things.

This location used to be Cardiâs and my husband and I wanted to try the new restaurant. Itâs a super-good neighborhood restaurant that reminded me of the family-owned Italian eateries in St. Louis where Iâm from. We sat at a comfy booth and Ralph immediately took our drink order. He was so full of energy and very personable! The menu offers lots of pizzas, sandwiches, entrees as well as wine, beer and cocktails. I ordered the chicken Parmesan dinner and my husband had lasagna. We both choose a dinner salad which was generously sized and included grated cheese and sliced olives. The garlic bread that came with a bowl of oil and vinegar was delicious! So weâre both of our entrees. The portions were generous, too!. Weâll definitely be back often!

I enjoyed the concept and the food at this delightful restaurant. You can choose from a variety of sizes to suit your situation, and walk out with a complete Italian meal in a relatively short time. This facility doesn't have a drive-thru, but go on inside and enjoy the ambience.I got the smallest size spaghetti "bucket" plus a couple of meatballs, and yummy garlic bread. I intend to visit again.
