Fantastic, top quality food. Reasonably priced. Be prepared to queue (or arrive for half 7) but the queuing system works. Not too badly priced in comparison to other restaurants in the area. The patatine fritter are so removed from normal chips they are a must have. Absolutely delicious! Also enjoyed melanzanne parmigiana, any of the seafood dishes, the stuffed anchovies, any of the pizzas. We went about 5 times during our stay and it was continuously good.

Small, but as precious as tasty, the little pub in the terrific (see the church) Palinuro centrale square has wide ranges of pizzas and "panuozzo" (long pizza bread filled with whatever you want), huge beer collection and cheap prices.Must go

We came here with our super hungry kids, one pretty much bouncing off the walls by eating time and the waitress was super nice and friendly which made it for a very relaxed meal. Excellent pizza, clean and tidy place and fab service!

At Restaurant da Carmelo you will taste dishes cooked according to typical recipes and made with fresh, local ingredients. Cold and hot appetizers, pasta, grilled, fried, fresh fish and to close delicious sweets. We cook all our dishes in a tasty and ligh
This restaurant is lovely on all counts. The location would initially make you think twice as it is close to a reasonably busy road, but don't let that put you off.Once you enter the restaurant that gently terraces down, you get a feeling that it is quality. The tables are well laid out, plenty of room between them, with linen tables cloths and napkins & quality cutlery. The service is attentive without being in your face and the staff are happy. The focus is seafood and the menu is reasonably short, which in my mind is a good thing as it means less pre-prepared and the focus on quality not quantity and this was certainly true on this visit. We decided to have a 1st plate (primo) rather than the traditional primo & secondi and we not let down. The scampi, ricotta ravioli and the prawn, pepper spaghetti were wonderful! The latter very simple and very tasty - both were great! Accompanied by a simple tomato & basil salad and typically good bread we were content. The house white is a pleasant wine with a very subtle slight fizz, we would recommend ordering the 1litre carafe as the 1/2 litre will be gone in no time! We opted to have the house desert, but this was the only thing that let the meal down. It was a fresh fig millefoglie a layered pastry slice with confectioners/vanilla custard and one of two was spot on, the other was not quite and the pastry not light/cooked enough. The figs were delicious and was accompanied with some fine fig jam/coulee. The big surprise, and knowing this we would of been unlikely to order desert, was rather than a traditional lemoncello we were presented with a large glass bottle of what can only be described as cold melted chocolate and two small glasses with a spoon! This was fantastic and something we had never had before. Overall the restaurant is well worth a visit, reasonably priced, great quality and we will be going back!

Agriturismo Isca delle Donne is in a bucolic atmosphere, serving traditional Cilento dishes and products cooked with its own raw materials. Here you can spend an evening in the countryside, between the greenery and the farm, enjoying good homemade food an
This is quite a unique place since it is an agriturismo where all that is cooked comes from the owner's farm. If you have kids it is worth going since you can see rabbits, goats, pigs and poultry. There is also a playground where they can play while you order food. However, although the prices are very reasonable, the food is not exceptional and service slow although the people are very nice.

This was one of the better recent dining experiences in rural Italy. Interesting farm building, including a small upstairs terrace which is exceptionally pleasant on a warm evening. The pace of the service was slightly slow, but given the setting this can not be considered a complaint. In fact, the hostess/owner explained each dish on the menu in some detail, which was greatly appreciated and enhanced the experience. The antipastas, pastas, main courses and dolces were varied and made of quality, fresh ingredients. Even the local wine was a joy. And the prices, especially when compared to much of the rest of Palinuro, were very reasonable. If visiting this area it would be a pity to miss U' Brigante.

This place was discovered by me this year, have been to pisciotta/palinuro for many years now but have not until now explored this beach. This year we did and found it lovely. A nice bar/restaurant and sun beds where available. And the walk down from roads end was so beautiful. Walked through some sort of jungle and at the end through a green portal of trees grown together. Worth every drop of sweat, rewarded with crystal clear water in the ocean at the end.
