We loved this place. So so so many choices! We ate Greek and crab noodle soup. We added fries and beer. Prices were very reasonable. And the desserts we amazing! Highly recommend this spot. You will find so many great options to try!

This little restaurant is a great find, especially if you enjoy pizza. A simple setting but I knew that already as I had walked by earlier in the day. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. You build up your expectation when you see your pizza bases being made from fresh in the kitchen. The pizza did not disappoint. Perfect base, divine tomato sauce and fresh tasting ingredients. All washed down with Italian beer. What is not to love. Weâll be back (there is a cat....we didnât mind it......you can ask for it to be moved)

I knew that this restaurant in de Pijp, recommended to us by the Viking rep at our hotel, was going to be excellent when I saw a staff member sitting near the window creating homemade pasta. The food was wonderful. The restaurant is small; making a reservation would be a good idea.

Basically pizza bread with a thin topping. If that's your sort of thing this is a good option; personally I prefer Naples-style thin crust. They had 4 vegan options and another 6 or so vegetarian options. They don't seem to use any plant-based "cheese", just various vegetable toppings - tomato, mushroom, etc. Decent flavor bur nothing special.

This was our fourth visit to PepeNero, and it was a great experience as always.Nice cocktails, great starters (delicious steak tartare and a very good vitello tonnato), with squid ink tagliolini and paccheri con salsiccia as our mains â both delicious. We did not really *need* dessert after all that, but who can say no to sgroppino (prepared at the table) and tiramisu (deconstructed, so a bit of DIY required)?Lovely evening, perfect service. We'll be back.

....make sure to visit this secret hideaway! Stuck in the suburbs of Amsterdam this local hangout serves mouthwatering Italian dishes. As they make very clear before you enter the restaurant, they donât serve pizza. Well, you donât miss the pizza for a second. Fresh prepared dishes served with a smile. You'll only find excellent vegan and vegetarian food here. I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian but I absolutely enjoyed the food. There are a few menu items that aren't as flavourful as others, so be sure to ask if that's your preference.
