looking quite plain from the outside, we were surprised by the excellent food at a good price, presentation of which is carefully arranged too. the interior is quite elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner. the service struck the perfect balance between restraint and warmth. we strongly recommend it!

As long as you stay on the beef cut everything is fine, no matter what you take. We had some starters: carpaccio followed by veal rolls with rocket and gorgonzola cheese, both raw of course. Supreme. The dinner continued with a special Japanese breed - Kobe Wagulem -(now bred in Italy) grown with hand massages and music. The meat was like butter.A lava stone grill is set on the table to complete the cooking as you please.Regrettably lamb was not the same, too old and salty in my opinion. Arrosticini (lamb skew) was different: hand made, tasty... Delicious.Overall the experience was good and the cost perfect for what we eat (in comparison to the "matured" one I have to buy in the UK for the same price). Interesting wine list, though I would have expected my red wine being served chilled.Things that can be improved are the dessert list, with a better home made selection and the toilet that were not clean (at the very beginning of the service) nor supplied with soap and towels. They are also not in line with the standards.Last but not least, there should be more coordination between the kitchen and the grill. In fact, we have been served (delicious - with the exception of fries) local vegetables way before the meat, which almost forced us to eat bread.Final note about the owner: Dino is a very nice person, with plenty of experience when it comes to meat (he used to be a butcher for 10 years before opening the restaurant).

We ate here for my birthday last week and were really, really pleased with the whole experience. The restaurant is located on a roundabout but one inside it's full of atmosphere and the food and service were fantastic. We opted for a mixed seafood antipasto which was more than enough for the 3 of us and full of fresh fish and seafood, beautifully presented and full of flavour. We each had a fish pasta which again was plentiful, fresh and tasty. The house wine and the freshly made bread were delicious and the price was very low for the quality we received. We will be back soon and often.

The location is extremely remote and difficult to find. The hostess was very friendly however the food was not that "authentic". We were not given a menu so we did not have the opportunity to chose dishes that were available. The antipasto was very disappointing. The grilled vegetables were not grilled fresh as they were drenched in vinegar. The grilled lamb was great but extremely expensive. Overall the dinner was very expensive and not very good. Also they did not accept credit cards as the machine was out of order. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Been there this summer. The place is branded new, just opened, and it's simple but pretty cool. The food, particularly the pizza, is very good and most important, it's never banal. Most of the restaurants proposes just the classical ranges of pizzas (often neither good), while La Kitchenetta try also to experiment and to propose something new. To add more value, it's also a pretty cheap place (as almost always in Abruzzo)Thank's i appreciate alla you said about kitchenetta

They bring you 3kind of breads, making theatre that one is from sepia one is from curry etc...but its not posible eat..some raw fish starter was ok, pasta was no good, iam specialist for italian cusine, and this was really sad. Cheff put everywhere something sweet, like in every course you feel taste of sweet. They try to make some new experience but its not good with italian cusine. Even panacotta like a desert was very bad. How iam telling elegant place but not for eat well like in other places in Pescara ( abruzzo ) .
