We went there on Ferragosto - 15th august and enjoyed an amazing menu of uncounted courses. Crudi - raw fish and scampi, warm antipasti, two types of pasta, a swordfish as secondo. How many courses? can´t remember. During normal weekdays you can choose from a full menu - with the side effect that service may take a bit longer. This time, as it was a set menu, timing was just perfect.

We had a traditional Italian meal that exceeded expectations at a reasonable price. The service was excellent with limited English but the server communicated what we needed to know to order appropriately.

In the valleys surrounding Guardiagrele, 500 metres above sea level, the Majella is the backdrop to pristine landscapes and abundant nature and it is here, on the premises of an old barn, at the foot of an old oak tree, tucked away the Farmhouse Colle Tri

Four of us had the territorio menu. Tastes of the local specialities of Abruzzo. Start to finish it was excellent. Service top notch. Friendly and not stuffy. We chose our own wines and the waiter steered us to another wine, surprisingly it was less in cost than the one we had chosen. Proof that, to them, it matters more that the wine match your food perfectly than making a profit. And to Reviewer Andrei, who disingenuously said only French food rated Michelin stars, he is a snob and has no palate. He wouldnât know quality food if it hit him in the face.

Nestled in the middle of fields and grapevines, Le Mignole, captivates you. The quaint surroundings and attentive staff make you feel like you are family from the moment you walk through to the doors. The succulent aromas from the kitchen get your senses ready for the culinary experience the restaurant provides. From the appetizers, homemade pastas, savory meats, seasonal vegetables and rustic breads, there wasn't one dish that disappointed. All products served are part of the farm's bioagriturismo. By far, the best typical, regional dishes in the area.

A great find and completely different to other restaurants in the area. The setting's quirky and original - set into the old walls of pretty village San Martino della Marrucina. Decor's comfortable, romantic and highly original. (You'll see what I mean when you get there). Mellow background music just perfect for the setting. The food is outstanding. An original, modern and delicious twist on standard Italian fare. Red wine risotto; rabbit terrine; signature starter of a salt-baked onion with parmesan; pasta with a sauce made from osso bucco; organic pork fillet with a red wine glaze; a deconstructed cheesecake dessert. No menu - but Padrone Angelo will carefully guide you through the choices for each course. And help with the wine ! Can genuinely recommend La Vineria. Each visit is a new pleasure.

This is not just a simple "pizzeria".It might look like because the environment is simple and familiar. But the pizza-maker is a professional expert ( with academic degree) in food bio-technologies from University of Bologna. The ingredients are tested and approved by himself in person only if fresh & locally grown. The incredible procedure of "48hours rising " makes this pizza the one you will digest in a blink af an eye. Slow food initiatives happening here . And the price is as little as that of a 'normal' pizzeria. The real value is simply double !!Book in advance !
