There are fast food outlets everywhere: this is certainly not one of them. Ristorante Ma Fiaâs was busy with a group waiting when our family of six turned up after 8pm. We were advised we would have a 45 minute wait... so we waited, eventually seated at around 9pm. Our waitress took our order immediately (weâd had plenty of time to make our choices from the interesting menu) and starters arrived for those who ordered them in good time. By 10pm we were wondering what was going on with our dinners! The waitress was appropriately apologetic but we asked to speak to the Manager who attended promptly, reiterated apologies, explaining that they had been busy (earlier) and the kitchen had been backed up. (It has to be noted that trips through the restaurant to the loo at the rear showed a restaurant only half full). Our dinner eventually arrived about 10:15pm and, disregarding the delay, was absolutely first class: hot, wonderful flavours and textures. Worth the wait? Absolutely! Dessert was also fabulous. One aspect of this restaurant which gave grave concern was the dreadful condition of the hand wash facility and the state of the ceiling in the poorly lit Gents lavatory. The sign above the washbasin (if a rusty old trough can be referred to as such) telling staff to wash their hands suggests that the staff have no better facilities - and that, in a place preparing food, is appalling. None of our six diners have any symptoms of Deli-belly (or worse) so I can only presume that conditions in the kitchen are very different to those in the lavatories - which should be condemned with immediate effect, stripped out and replaced with something fit for purpose. (Doesnât Auburn have Public Health officials? If it does, they too are unfit for purpose)

Hearth baked pizza featuring fresh, never frozen, dough, including wheat dough. Pastas, Calzones, Sandwiches and more!
My cousin was in town so we drove over from Newnan, GA to take him to dinner. We had prepicked Brick Oven which excited him when we picked him up. We had been here several times before so we knew to order the danggood bread to start the meal and finish the meal. In between we had the most awesome pizza. This place is just minutes off the interstate and WELL worth it.

Eaten there several times. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. The offer lunch specials which are very tasty and pretty inexpensive.

After hearing good things from friends, my family (husband, son (12), daughter (11)) arrived on a Thursday night. Several large groups arrived for private parties around the same time, and I was concerned that this would affect our service, but it didnât at all! We had an amazing meal. We ordered the appetizer sampler, spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna with meatballs, chicken parmigiana, and chicken marsala. We had the chocolate cake, cheesecake and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious. Our waiter, Peyton, was perfect - attentive and friendly. We had a great experience and canât wait to come back and try some other things on the menu.
