We had excellent food and service from the lovely Laura. We ordered gluten free pizza with a goats cheese topping. The base was excellent. Very crispy and truly enjoyable. We also shared a caprese salad which was delicious and presented just like the photos on here. A couple of the party had the paninis which are a very big portion and the meat ball one I am told was especially tasty. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and we shared sweet potato fries which were crunchy and delicious. All in all a great lunch time meal in a good location.

Based on the majority of reviews we were looking forward to dining in a local, non-chain restaurant. We arrived and got a table straight away and our server was great. The food was fine, fresh and well cooked. When it came to the bill I noticed an additional bottle of wine and an additional beer had been added. Given the wine cost around $40 is was not something that could slip under the radar. Although we'd had a good meal and good service, we left feeling that maybe the additional items on the bill were not necessarily an innocent mistake.Thank you for your review. We are so glad you liked our food and the service. We always try our best to give excellent food and service and we are happy when it meets that standard. We do apologize for the extra bottle of wine and beer showing up on your bill. We remember this and it was actually a honest mistake by a new server who was still getting used to our pos system. When we asked her about it, she mentioned that she could not see it on the screen so she punched it again by mistake. We realize that it should have been noticed when the receipt was printed but she was still learning. We have spoken to the server and she is quite familiar with the pos system now and knows how to check it. She felt bad it happened but we also have to realize that everyone has to learn. It is not always easy when you start a new job. We hope you accept our apology and understand the error. We do confirm that it was taken off your bill prior to paying. Sincerely, Vaughan

Established in 1962, we are one of the oldest restaurants in the Niagara Region. Quality food and a team of dedicated professionals is our key to continued success.
My wife and I decided to have dinner for our 5th wedding anniversary at Napoli and we weren't disappointed. From the moment we walked to being greeted by the owner and seated, the service was top notch. Attention to every detail, great speed of service (not too fast, not too slow) was very much on point. The food was excellent, we had the Mussels/Fries appetizer special and 2 gorgeous plates of pasta, that if I tried remember the names of would just embarrass my self with pronunciation..just know that the fresh handmade pasta and sauces were just incredible, that we of course had to share and sample each others dish.Just a really great experience overall as we have known to expect from Napoli.(PS we even took a pizza to go to eat in our hotel room later ;) )Thank you for choosing Napoli to celebrate your anniversary and I am happy that we helped to make it a memorable occasion. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for the compliments on our food and service. With great appreciation,AnthonyGeneral Manager

We are an outstanding Italian Restaurant featuring lots of pastas, wood fired pizzas and other Italian Favorites.
This is our first trip to Niagra. We drove up from Maryland with another couple. We just couldn't do another hamburger so we asked a local and we were told that Johnny Rocco's is the best upscale Italian in town and it did not disappoint! The red line will drop you right at the door. I started with a special frozen Peach Bellini, it was fantastic! We all ordered entrees that were so delicious, I'll be thinking about them for awhile. Our server, Melissa Mj D. was delightful, friendly, and funny and helped us with our dinner picks. The manager visited our table several times, he took time out of his busy restaurant to ask us where we were from and how we were enjoying our trip. Very nice. The pizza oven was directly across from us, a real wood oven, though our dishes were extraordinary, (assorted seafood pastas, spaghetti and meatballs) we did have pizza envy as the pies started coming out of the oven. I am sure you will be happy if you order the wood oven pizza. The decor is chic and casual, beautiful dark wood. So glad we got to enjoy this great spot, if we were staying longer we would definitely go back.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls at Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant in the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel. Chef Massimo Capra shows off his culinary skills through the refreshing take on authentic Italian cuisine.
We had great expectations for this restaurant after reading some rave reviews. Our service was excellent and the wine great. The complimentary olive bread was terrific. This is the best I can say unfortunately. The thin coating on my husbands calamari appetizer had a floury taste and the calamari was not sizzling hot. The fabulous dipping sauce could not save this dish. My Caesar salad did not have the baby lettuce as advertised but âgrandfatherâ lettuce that had dark rusty edges and was definitely not crisp. There was no anchovy or Parmesan cheese on the salad either. The dressing was garlicky but thin and watery. I tried, but could not eat this dish.We both ordered the shrimp linguine. What a disaster this was too. One large grilled shrimp adorned a pile of linguine in a tasteless thin white sauce. Not one herb, or anything else, such as onion or red peppers, in the sauce either. Two or three very thin slices of Parmesan were on top of everything. There were probably three other shrimp sliced in half surrounding the mess. We could not believe that this cost us $44 per plate. We will never return to this restaurant and would not recommend it. So disappointing for such a chef.My apologies that you did not have an excellent dining experience with us. I will be sure to share your feedback with the kitchen and hopefully we can provide you with a better dining experience in the future.

This was an excellent choice for a good Italian dinner while visiting Niagara Falls. It was attractive both inside and out. We made our reservation for 5:30 to avoid the crowd and that was wise. We were seated and served promptly. The chicken Parmigiana was excellent. The bread was not Italian but it was warm and crunchy. We would definitely choose Carpaccio's again.

We stayed at the Sheraton and took an Uber to the restaurant because it was too far to walk. We were so pleasantly surprised. This is a small romantic restaurant with nice decor and beautiful jazz music. The food was outstanding. We had mushrooms stuffed with crab and cream cheese for appetizer, salmon dinner, and the beef medallion entree. All were fantastic. They have live jazz every Saturday. Prices are reasonable and a great break from the touristy restaurants.

This was definitely a different dining experience! I am a picky eater but i loved this meal! The restaurant is adorable and clean! The service was great! You can not order your meal they bring the same thing to each table. You start with their antipasto bar which has different cheeses, salads, breads, meats and my favorite olives! Then they bring pizzas just 2 small slices for each person. After pizza they serve 3 pastas and yum! Then it is 3 meats I wasnât fond of the chicken but i loved the short rib and seafood dish! Finish it off with a cannoli and I was waddling out of there!
