ok, Iâve reviewed this place before. It continues to have the best pizza in the world. And Iâve been around, check my other reviews. I only wish they could freeze or do some kind of mail order delivery for us since we live out of state. The employees are very friendly and are happy to serve. This place could go nation wide and make a fortune. But weâll keep it the best secret of the NEK. Canât wait to come back next summer for another dinner!Thanks for your review we work hard to please our customers...I have done half cooked pizzas and freezed them they do work...Its the shipping that be the problem...but if you have a way next time you are up in thre area maybe a cooler or some type of freezer we'd gladly accommodate. I first visited Lago in 2007 when I visited the Northeast Kingdom for the first time. What surprised me was that they served cinghiale, or wild Italian boar, something you usually donât see in restaurants in the USA. Delicious and good portions! In subsequent trips to the area, Iâve always made Lago Trattoria a stop for dinner and it still has not disappointed. I would recommend ordering the pappardelle al cinghiale, gnocchi, or pizza. A true hidden Italian gem in northern Vermont!

we have been a few times in the last couple of months. on weekends they usually have a musician keeping us entertained.big selection of beer. always a few nightly specials their seafood is always good. they make a lasagna roulette plate that is not to be missed and their chowder is a must for my wife anytime we go. portions are big so you won't leave hungry. one of the best restaurant in the area.
