I booked a table for dinner so I could have catch up with my cousin who lives in America. Glad we booked as it was very busy and having had positive experiences at other Prezzo outlets (albeit some years ago) we thought weâd be in for a treat.Initially service was good but tailed off significantly as did the food. The starters we had after quite a long wait were good but after a significantly longer wait our burgers (we both chose the same main) were over cooked and bland and the fries were raw in the middle so we couldnât eat them. Nobody asked how our meal was and it took another age to get the bill (we decided against dessert as it was past 10pm by this time) all the while our half eaten âfoodâ was in front of us. As nobody checked if we were happy we had not had the opportunity to tell them the food was inedible nor did anyone check if we wanted a second bottle of wine so we had nothing to drink from shortly after our mains arrived.I can not recommend this restaurant nor will I attempt to go back.

We offer a delicious blend of Italian and Mediterranean products and wine selections, served in an friendly and suggestive atmosphere.
A clean and tidy restaurant with absolutely great friendly service. Iâve certainly not been to any Italian restaurant in the U.K. though, that does food as authentically and delicious as this. Presentation is excellent but the pasta main course was just beautiful. Wonderfully balanced flavours, perfectly cooked prawns and mussels, with just the right amount of chilli and garlic. The pea shoots added an extra flourish. One of my friends was equally impressed with the risotto which is hard to get right. We all had a superb night, loved the food and charming service and will definitely return. Iâll give the pizza a go next time (if I can persuade myself not to have that stunning pasta dish again). Absolutely excellent.

Vittorioâs Restaurant is a beautifully traditional Italian restaurant that serves classic Italian dishes since opening in 1988 in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are a family run business which puts personal service as one of our main priorities. Please
I went for dinner here to celebrate a friend's wedding, and we had a lovely evening. The owner/manager could not have made us all feel more welcome and the evening went very well, although the restaurant was packed with wedding guests. The food arrived like clockwork all pre-ordered and very tasty. One note of caution is that the portions were huge, so it might be worth asking for a smaller portion as the plate looked a little daunting. The spaghetti vongole starter I had was excellent as was the lamb and profiteroles for afters. All very delicious.Thank you so much for your kind review. We hope to see you again soon. Grazie

I am not a massive fan of Italian food, but I was quite pleased with the meal here, the boar meat balls to start were the highlight but the venison tagliatelle was good too, maybe could have done with a bit more venison, but for the price reasonable. Service was very fast and I did enjoy the cinder toffee that came with the coffee. Nothing blew my socks off but no problems neither. About average.

Italian coffee shop and deli. Independent, family run specialising in Italian products. Serving excellent coffee, sandwiches, baguettes, panini' s and handmade cakes.
Asked for an almond late, no almond milk, but not a problem, we'll go and get some. Gluten free bread M & S (quality) absolutely delicious, great filling and a good size sandwich. Absolutely spot on, a fab little cafe, great staff, cozy and go out of their way to be accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Some had been before and enjoyed it, this night was just offTable wasnât ready when we arrivedNo âsorry about thisâDirected to cocktail bar upstairs to wait, we could have had a drink if there had been someone serving behind the barAfter squeezing tables / chairs in we sat 40+ mins lateWhole restaurant was squashed in, which adds to the pressure on staff and the kitchenHad to chase a starter and main that were missingThere was a singer which is a nice touch but sat right in front of the speaker isnât enjoyableWhole thing felt like staff and service were trying to take in too much which resulted in the numerous little mistakesAs this is local to us and walkable, it is such a shameHi. Marenghi's is an excellent Italian café run by Mario Masini and his son Christopher. They provide a very friendly welcome to customers, and Mario cooks very nice food himself. I can particularly recommend the Aperitivo drink and the wonderful antipasta to be followed by excellent beef and pasta. The puddings are also really good and 'home-made'. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of Mario's cooking and service. Finally, the prices are very reasonable.
