James Beard Award Winning Chef Michael Schwartz brings honest Italian food featuring fresh ingredients from the hearth and the simplicity of handmade artisanal breads and pasta to Fiâlia.
Very enjoyable Italian. A step up from the equivalent in Atlantis (Olives). Its all very new and pleasant, not as packed or as rushed as you would expect. The service was friendly and down to earth. Very easy to chat with the waiters.Food is pretty good, not amazing but good. Wine list is very good, a fair mix at ok prices (for Bahamas anyway).

Our waiter was very attentive and even gave us free refills on soft drinks for our kids, when he was supposed to be charging us. The atmosphere is romantic, and the food was excellent. Nice wine selection as well.

46 dollars for a giant plate of vodka pasta I could have made at home. It costs 3 times what it costs In NY and itâs smothered in salt and sauce. The portabello parmigiano is also ridiculously salty. And note to clientele - Italians would never dream of parmigiani on a portabello mushroom. This place is for big groups from the mid west who know nothing of italian food or pasta. Atlantis needs to change the restaurants in general because they are mediocre at best and totally overpriced.

The design of the restaurant is one out of a magazine very posh and upscale. The food: It was not the best but i do love the wide variety and different international cuisines they offer. However, Iâve been their twice to see if it would improve but they are still lacking in adequate seasoning. I must commend them on their presentation of their food that beautifully laid out. The staff: The waiters were very pleasant and easy going. Nonetheless they could use a lot of training in regards to dining etiquette. The sushi: The sushi was great especially the latitudes roll The bar: The bar is very chic. The mixologist that they have at the bar is whatâs really impressive. They made drinks that were not only unique but very very delicious.Recommendations: 1) The carrot cake is a must probably the most delicious thing they have on the menu2) The teppanyaki station is a dining experience thatâs a must. But everything is just drowned in soy sauce, salt and pepper. 3) For sweet wine lovers they have a very delicious bottle of moscato dâAsti

What a great spot overlooking the canal and local Tarpons hang out to get scraps from the kitchen. You can see a variety of sealife right from your table including sea turtles. The owner (I think Stan, forgive us for forgetting your name but we haven't forgot you) is very accomodating and very service orientated.

Located in Nassau City Center three stores from Senior Frog on the walk to Junkanoo Beach, we offer a mix of Carribean and Italian cuisine with homemade gourmet Italian thin crust pizza. Our trendy bar offers tropical cocktails and frozen daiquiri list, i
We found Exagon on a recommendation from a local diver who promised us a great place to eat dinner. He was right! The food was great in a casual atmosphere near the water. Two-for-one drink specials were a bonus and the drinks were great. We loved the food and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would return on our next trip to Nassau!

La Caverna is a family friendly Italian restaurant with outstanding dishes served in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Outside seating with botanical garden view. Special Menu for large groups. A Ristorante, Pizzeria and Bar. A 7 minute drive from Bah
This is by far the most consistent restaurant in Nassau. The food & service are always above average for 3 times I have been here. For appetizer I recommend the buffalo mozzarella. For Dinner the Chicken Parm & dessert the Nutella Pizza. ( It is a great place for families.) The casual dining place of choice from most of the residents out west. ( Lyfford Cay, Old Fort Bay & Albany.) Highly Recommend it.

Matisse is one of the only restaurants that has maintained a very good level of food and service in Nassau over the years. This is probably due to Greg the owner and Allen the manager running the place like professionals. Staff are also the best on the Island by far.The outdoor open space is one of the nicest on the Island and you would not think you are in the middle of downtown Nassau. The food is good not incredible but for Nassau its one of the best. I still would like to see an Italian serve veal but probably because its rare to find in the Bahamas they don't have any on their menu. The pasta is good, Fish is ok and could be done in a more Italian tradition than American. The pizza definitely needs improvement.I still gave it 5 star because you will hardly find a better experience in Nassau.
