Première définition: ATTENTEDeuxième définition: INCOMPÃTENCETroisième définition: IRRESPECT La terrasse pourrait être très agréable malgré la route à grand trafic à proximité.Belle présentation des plats et nourriture savoureuse à condition que le chef envoie la commande que vous avez passée .Avons reçu après une heure d attente 2 plats qui n avaient rien à voir. Les avons renvoyé. Nouvelle attente de 30 mn avant de recevoir un plat correspondant mais le second de nouveau faux. à la place d un risotto, j ai eu un steak avec du riz. Le serveur dit que je n ai qu à manger que le riz si je me veux pas la viande. J ai demandé 3 fois à voir le patron qui a refusé de venirPlusieurs clients ont reçus des plats qui ne correspondaient pas à leur commande.Il semble que le fait se passe régulièrement. Le chef a t il la toute puissance de faire manger ce qu il a envie de servir??Quant aux serveurs au nombre de 2, ils ne viennent que si vous les solliciter.à éviter

After a very long day touring the beautiful Swiss countryside, we stopped in Murten and found a wonderful place to eat that was within easy walking distance of our Hotel Murtenhof & Krone. The food and service was great! We tried their spaghetti and a very nice house red wine.

At dinner time (7ish) the place was packed, like most of the other restaurants. The waiters even though they were running around like headless chickens were nice and friendly. But they either have too many tables or are seriously understaffed in the kitchen. We had to wait 30-40 minutes for our order (one starter, a pizza, and chicken nuggets with fries for the kids), which I consider long. I understand the "need" for maximizing profit but this goes at the expense of quality (speed in this case).The food was good and the pizza has a nice thin crust. So if you don't mind the waiting in rush hour then worth a try.

Restaurant had no problem with accepting a reservation for ten diners at lunch, plus one dog. They met us at the door, welcomed the group warmly, accomodate us easily, and provided excellent, friendly, solicitious service. The food was remarkably good, in generous portions (even the allged "Half" portions). Many of those present expressed an interest in returning privately for dinner - the posted set menus looked interesting, though not cheap. A good winelist to explore too; we will certainly return. Not the most glamorous location in lovely, romantic Murten, but conveniently located (across the street from the trainstation) and very pretty inside.

This is a pretty decent Pizza and Pasta restaurant in the pretty town/city of Murten.The food is good and the service acceptable.I was with family including grandchildren, who love the place. Price is right but I feel really cheated when I pay chf 9 50 for a bottle of water. In the same town I can buy a bottle of water for 30 cents or less.

On a cold and rainy Sunday night we found this cozy trattoria very inviting. The insalata mista was dressed to perfection and the pizza just perfect. If you love wood fired thin crust pizza served hot with perfectly balanced toppings you will love this Taverna. On a nice day dining on the deck would be quiet and as if you were part of a picture postcard - so very marvelously Murten!

We had dinner at this restaurant on the advice of the hotel. We do not regret listening to the recommendation. I had a very nice tournedos with an excellent sauce, very well prepared with handmade pommes and grilled vegetables. My son had steak tartare which was very tasty. Sitting outside on the terrace at this beautiful old street in Murten was a joy. The services was excellent. The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful.We really appreciate your feedback.Thanks !!!Team Bistrottino

Mr. Prozillo and his wife manage to offer a very consistent quality of delicious Italian food.The meat, seafood and pasta are always unique, fresh and authentic. We visited this place for many years as regular customers until we lately moved abroad. We were often offered a special like the Bistecca Fiorentina or Tagliatelle with white truffles that wasn't on the menu. Pricewise this place offers excellent value and in summer one can enjoy the beautiful setting in the arcades. Murten's best kept secret when it comes to Italian food!
