Our friends took us for the first time to La Locanda degli Artisti and the small authentic Umbrian restaurant really deserves to be called "artistic". Every dish from the bruschetta over the home-made pasta through the pizza to the dessert are prepared with a lot of attention and detail. I had pasta all Norcina, a freshly made creamy sauce with truffles and salsiccia and it was to die for. Any good pizza lives and dies with its dough. The pizza speciale was great and the dough just the right thickness and crusty. The tiramisu was juicy and delicate at the same time. 5 thumbs up!

Dieses nette, kleine Restaurant wird seit vielen Jahren von einem Italiener geführt, der sehr engagiert und freundlich ist. Das Gebäude wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren restauriert u als Restaurant neu bezogen.Die Pizzen werden im Steinofen gebacken. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das leckere Salatdressing. Die Preise sind sehr angemessen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert u einen Besuch wert.

Der Eiskaffee war ganz Okay aber für den Preis viel zu teuer. Es wurde gefragt ob klein oder groà und ich habe mich erkundigt was klein und was groà ist, leider hat die Auskunft mit dem gelieferten nicht übereingestimmt. Das Eis schmeckt gut, und es ist ja jedem selbst überlassen ob er sich so teuren Eiskaffee gönnen möchte.Es geht auch günstiger in Bad Neustadt auf dem Marktpkatz.

I have been staying at this place some 3 nights, a business trip. The restaurant is unpretentious, offering simple yet excellent food at a very reasonable price. The schnitzel was really excellent, not only a generous portion: the taste was excellent, the quality of the meat and and the breading were impeccable.I tried also their pasta aglio & olio, also absolutely fine.Since the place is owned by an Italian, they have a good selection of wines and liquors from Italy - and, of course, the good German beer as well.

We have had lunch in this Restaurant, because we like italian food,what was the result of it, very nice welcome, offer of aperitif, anti pasty as a starter afterwards Pasta, just horrible not the taste the size of the portion was so big that we could feed 2 families.60% of the dishes we send back it was just to much too much, and it looks horrible on the plate.If you go there tell them that you want a normal human portion than is everything ok.

I had been there for dinner twice during my 3days business trip in Saal. My German colleague took me there at the first time. The calamari I ordered, very fresh and very delicious the house wine is good too.The 2nd time, my guests from China joined me. they tried the calamari as my recommendation and loved it too. problem is only one waiter can speak English well. highly recommend it!

Insbesondere Pizzen und Fisch.Habe Kalamr mit Ofenkartoffeln und Salat von der Extra-Speisekarte genossen. Gut gemischter Salat mit Haus-Joghurtdressing (<- sehr gut). Ofenkartoffeln: kleine, feine und sehr gut schmeckende Kartoffeln aus dem Ofen. Kalamar: gute gegrillte Portion, weich und sehr schmackhaft.Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

ohne Reservierung läuft nichts, der Gastraum klein, der Biergarten ebenfalls. Gute Pizza und italienische Speisen, manchmal macht der Wirt Musik auf seiner Gitarre. Intimes Ambiente. Preis- Leistung OK
