Things to do in Mount Kisco
Best new restaurant in Mt Kisco. We tried fried calamari, pizza, chestnut bruschetta, shaved cauliflower, and bufula mozzarella, all was delicious. The pastas where amazing, fusselli with sausage, and seafood linguini. The wood fired branzino was cooked to perfection. Not only is the food great, I loved the atmosphere, nice bar with good drinks. A must try when in my. Kisco.
This placed used to be very good, perhaps it has changed ownership? Stopped in yesterday, piles of food on the floor, tables dirty..place was empty but staff hanging around on their cell phones. Food was very bland. I had margharita pizza and my kids had ziti and salad. Everything was poorly made, overheated and BLAND. Daughter bought a cookie that was so stale it was inedible. I asked for the manager and was told to come back. The place has really changed and not for the better. Very disappointed.

We were looking for a "new" place to try and found this on one the web.We dined here on a recent Saturday. Had a 6:45 reservation that was honored right on time and we were seated promptly. The place was already busy and about 80% of the tables were full.It was VERY noisy and tables were close but everyone managed. Service was friendly and prompt. We had a tasty "eggplant stack" appetizer that came hot and crisp. The eggplant was firm but juicy. The accompanying greens were fresh and the dressing was very good,The salads were OK but unimpressive. We had the Classic Caesar and the "Wedge" Salads. The Caesar was crisp but a bit "watery" and could have used a little more dressing. It was a competent version of Caesar but not the best I've had. My friends wedge was a little smaller than versions from other restaurants and its not like iceberg lettuce is scarce. The entrees were another story. The ribs were very good. A nice blend of sweet and savory sauce was plentiful and the meat was classic "fall off the bone" tender. Portions were ample and the french fries and coleslaw we both delish. The prosciutto Flat bread also was tasty and the turkey burger was juicy altho a little on the "thin" side. All in all it was a good experience and we will come back. You should try it too. Thanks for visiting and I'm happy to see you were pleased with your experience! We wish you'd been more impressed by our salads. Please know you should always let us know if you're unhappy with your meal and our team will do what we can to take care of you. We do tend to get busier at certain times, especially around dinner on the weekend. I'm thrilled you enjoyed your eggplant stack, ribs and flatbread. Hope to see you soon
This place is an icon in Mt Kisco. For years we ordered from Marcella's and were very happy. Since new management, the place has gone downhill fast. The kitchen area is very dirty and the staff is very rude when you call in an order. They remain in business because they're walking distance from a local school but they've been known to chase kids away. The pizza sauce they use is extremely sweet now, and the pizzas are soggy and doughy. There are far too many other great choices to go for in Kisco
We've lived in Mount Kisco for years and until someone told us how great the pizza was a Mario's we had no idea. Finally tried it and it was delish, wood-fired pizza with all sorts of toppings. Not what you expect at a train station!

Stone Fire 251 Lexington AveMt. Kisco, N.Y.By pure chance we were driving through Mt. Kisco and spotted the sign for Stone Fire and decided to stop. The décor is upscale casual and warm but the odors of wood fired pizza really caught our attention. Since it was our first visit we decided to share family style so everyone got a small taste of everything we ordered. We started with orders of Mussels and Fried Calamari. Next was a taste of the wood fired pizzas of White Clam as well as Rustico with, Sausage, Broccoli Rabe & Roasted Garlic. For the finale we ordered the Branzino and Swordfish. The presentation was very good and the food was excellent. They make a decent sauce which is the bedrock of most Italian cooking. Itâs too far of a trip to make it there regularly but if Iâm ever in or around this area again I know where to stop.

The Italian dishes are amazing! Fernando is the .master chef and owner. The food is never disappointing! The fried zucchini is outstanding! Nice and crispy. His chicken scaparelli is awesome! The veal dishes are very tender and well seasoned. Everyone is friendly and accommodating! Don't pass this one up!
