Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Moraira. An old fishing town on Spain's Costa Blanca against a backdrop of mountains, Moraira is a picturesque destination for a family holiday. You will find a combination of sandy and rocky beaches alternating with intriguing coves, and the climate is a sunny but temperate one. If you are looking for water sports, head for Portet Cove which was originally a safe haven for ships. It is within walking distance of the lookout tower near the Cap d'Or, from where there are spectacular views of the coastline. Don't miss the eighteenth century castle, right by the shore. Golf lovers will be pleased to know that Moraira has three golf courses. As well as spending time on the beach, you can enjoy a boat trip and admire the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. On your return, choose from a delightful array of restaurants along the shore.

This visit was in January so we almost had the place to ourselves. Atmosphere was pleasant, would be better with more people. My wifes food was very good. I had oysters to start very good. Then I had calves liver perfectly cooked, however the taste was rather bland. Will go again and try something new.

Cousine: We offer a Mediterranean cuisine with the best Quality of products from this area. Pizzagourmet: All our Pizzas are made only with sourdough, the dough has minimum 5 days rest-time. All are served only with fresh neapolitan cow Mozzarella or buff
There was a table of 10 inside and no one outside and we sat inside and there were 5 of us. We were given the menus and about 5 mins later a waiter came back to take our drink orders. We all speak enough Spanish to be understood and the first order was for a vodka and coke but despite trying several times the waiter didnât understand. He said in Spanish he would get someone else to come and take our order. We waited 10 mins nobody came to serve us though they were serving the table of 10 so we got up and walked out. To be seated 15 mins and not even prefer your drinks is unacceptable even if it is a new restaurant. Never got to try the food but wonât go back as plenty of other good restaurants in MorairaNobody can remember you that something like this happens and we are a family restaurant! So if somebody wants to get bad for us maybe just because we have good reviews we cant make nothing.

We have always had great food at Gemisant at fabulous value for money. Waiters are very sharp on service and very friendly too, so much so that they are always rushing around. We turned up after a shocking experience at another restaurant the service, food, wine and staff here were super friendly. Really enjoyed the meal. Air-conditioning inside and nice terrace outside.

Visited twice and the food was excellent. Service as good as can be. The second time we visited was on an unlucky night when the heavens decided to open. As we were with our dog we could not go in the main restaurant and after the waiter tried to protect us with all the outside umbrella's we had to stand inside the restaurant foyer (I think some customers would not let our dog inside, she's quite big, fair enough). The rains did not stop so my husband went back to fetch the car and the staff still cooked our meal and packed it as a takeaway, I don't think they normally do takeaways? Charged us for the food but not the drink we had already consumed and they could not apologise enough. Best takeaway we have had for a long time. We did call again later in the holiday but sadly they were closed that day. The best of the `Italian' restaurants in Moraira in our opinion. We will return if back in Moraira and highly recommended. Just up from the Royal Beach Bar on the same street.

Very Cosy Restaurante decorated with Vespa's, in front of the sea with a lovely terrace. Typical italian fresh food with: Risotto, pizza, pasta, home made desserts.
Have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions over last five years,.Booked a table for 3 , we arrived and table was outside neighbouring bakery the furthest from the main restaurant, I understand itâs the busy period for all restaurants in Moraira. We waited 25 minutes after being seated to order drinks, dinner was served efficiently and all three meals were cooked to perfection as always.Again we waited 30 minutes to order deserts, the only reason Iâm sure is that they have extra tables next door but havenât increased the staff , therefore this impacts on the service provided.Use to be one my favourite restaurants in Moraira but last two visits have been below average for different reasons.

Iâve been here with my family last night and Iâve never ate such a delicious pizza in my life. My husband decided to get the porchetta and it was simply amazing, while my son ate a carbonara and my daughter a plate of pasta with truffles, both really good as well. Everything was exquisite and succulent and the servers were very nice and courteous. Had a great dinner on the roof terrace with some spectacular views of the sea under the stars. A place to be recommended, we will be back for sure!Thank you so much.We are very happy you enjoyed your experience here with us.Arrivederci.
