How lucky are we to have such an amazing new cafe pop up in Surrey Downs! This cafe doesn't stop at great coffee.? The menu is very progressive and super fresh. From wonderful smoothie bowls with fresh fruit and seeds to avocado delights and eggs just how you like them. But thats not all there is a large section of healthy sweets. Yes vegan is catered for and simply devine treats made right at the cafe itself. Service with a smile, some outdoor areas too weather permitting.

This is a cafe which serves restaurant quality meals. It has been quite a while since our last visit but the quality has not diminished. We all had an excellently cooked and presented meal, in fact I ordered from the breakfast menu which was still available on request. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning as too cold for winter.

We hired the whole place for our wedding. Attention to detail by management, kitchen team and floor staff was second to none. We had multiple variances of dietary requirements and all of these were beautifully catered for. All of our guests loved the food and had a wonderful time. It's disappointing to read negative feedback of others recent experiences, but having recently enjoyed a work lunch here I have nothing but praise. The food was delicious and well presented. I'm aware of recent changes in kitchen staffing and would suggest that they are in a settling in phase. It's easy to sit back and criticise, these days key board heroes do so without knowing the factors at play. They are of course entitled to their opinion, but one wonders if the harshness of giving one star to an established business is merited and in fact is a true reflection of the nature of the reviewer. I will continue to come back here and bring my family and friends with confidence. I am no affiliated with this business, however I am a loyal customer.

It is OK as pizza and Italian food restaurants go, but the pizza are average at best, very thin base with minimal toppings. However they are tasty, better value elsewhere. For what they are the pizza are expensive. Drinks are average costs for a similar restaurant. Sweet are quite tasty and interesting.

Adelaide has hundreds of amazing restaurants and dozens of cuisines and you can always tell the best places to eat because they are full of the ethnic group eating their own food. Exactly true of That's Amore. Always full of Italians - couples, with friends, families, parties, wedding groups. Noisy (that's a requirement), oven pizza (that's a requirement), great food in huge serves (that's a requirement), great wine (that's a requirement), great service That's Amore. We love it at it's our local. and they do take away.

Four of us went here for dinner and all enjoyed the shared plate of arancini balls for entrée and all enjoyed our mains. Service and food was very good. Would definitely return (and they have a takeaway menu as well)!

Went there with familyon 18/1/19 with a scoopon voucher for 4 people.2 bottles of wine and a platter for 4 people. Well the young girl working the bar and floor was fantastic but that's where it ended. The platter(chacuterie board) was bit small for 4 people. So we ordered a few others items. Crispy calamari was one which was crispy as it was so over cooked. I had to send it back. I also ordered a kids ham and cheese toasty which took forever to come but it was smeared in garlic butter and was not even cooked properly.It was explained to me that there was a new young girl learning in the kitchen and didn't know her way around which does not bode well for a newly opened business.The calamari was refunded but not the toasty. The only saving grace was the young girl working the bar and floor who did apologise for our bad experience.

Decided to come here to eat at 15:30 the place was quite empty, there was only 3 other tablets with customers when I arrived with my friends. The waitress, name Tash served us and she was very unhappy with us, as we came in at that time, when the door sign said “open till late” on a Saturday. During our dinner, she made us feel very uncomfortable as well as unwelcome while serving us with a blunt attitude as well as while paying at the counter at end of the night. I consider this very disrespectful and unprofessional. Sad to say I will not be returning to this place. Also the food was okay but not worth the price we paid. I would like to apologise for your recent experience with us. We pride ourselves on offering the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism, and are therefore disheartened to hear about the level of service you received.We have spoken to the Staff Member and shared your feedback.We will use your candid comments as a training tool to continually fine-tune our service levels to not only meet but exceed our guest expectations.Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies.
