This is a fantastic addition to Mechanicsburg. A wonderful pizzeria with great food and very friendly and helpful service. The perfect place for a comfortable lunch or dinner. We always enjoy eating at this, one of our favorite, restaurants. If you have not visited, you should.

Went here on Sunday night with my parents, wife, and three kids. The attentive service from our staff was wonderful. The older gentleman who rang us up, guessing he was the owner, could not have been kinder. Sam/Samuel helped us clean up, engaged with my kids, and was a very hard worker. Food was wonderful, from the salads to the pasta to the sandwiches and pizza too.

This was my first time to this unexpected upscale yet comfortable restaurant. There is an assortment of tables (regular, high), booths and bar seating. They even have an outdoor dining section. The combination of various lighting, location of large TVs, etc., took away any stuffiness that could have emerged from the décor. I would say this place had the best ambiance of the restaurants I have eaten on the area. The menu is more than adequate and was more animated looking inside than expected. They did feature Gilliganâs Famous Wings so that is where I started followed by the house special prime rib. Overall, I thought the menu prices were fair except for $1 plus cost a wing segment ($11 for 10) for what was described as medium sized by my waiter. They offer a broad assortment of tap beers and bottles and well as wine, hard ciders, etc.I was started with complimentary garlic bread which was nothing more than two slab pieces of white bread toasted with a hint of garlic butter. When the wings arrived, I was very excited to see that they were larger than average however this quickly went away after the first bite confirmed they were not crisp rather soft and limp. Considering this is the first restaurant I have seen that advertises and charges for double cooked wings you must serve them crisp, no excuses. I pointed this out to my server who smiled, walked away and later charged me on my bill. Wing Tut takes his wings seriously and deducted Wingyptians points for this gaff. Overall the hot buffalo sauce worked well, and they were just juicy enough but not as juicy as I would have liked. My Wing Tut rating is 7.1/10 Wingyptians, landing this place at the #9 spot on the list of 24 restaurants I have had wings at in the Carlisle area since February 2019. The boneless prime rib special ($28) came with two sides. I decided upon a side salad and a baked potato. The side salad was a nice mixture and the balsamic vinaigrette was very good, also a little spicy. The prime rib was cooked to order and was very tender and juicy. As they say in NY, âlike buddaâ, lol! They provide a small cup of au jus on the side which was tasty and not as salty as most places. There was about 8-10% waste / fat which is acceptable for this cut of beef. The baked potato was average in size and taste. It was disappointing that they serve sour cream in a small pre-packaged container which is a low budget diner move and not something they should be doing in this place. My Prime Minister of Beef rating is 8.3/10 Mooâs landing this place at the #3 spot of the 15 places I have had beef at in the Carlisle area since February 2019.My overall rating placed this restaurant at #9 of the 69 restaurants I have eaten at in the area since February 2019.

We have been coming to Pizza Town regularly since we moved here 14 years ago. They have the best pizza, prices, specials, and service. My kids (now teenagers) request pizza from here often...itâs their favorite! Aldo is always friendly, and so are the rest of the employees there. Weâve never been disappointed with the food or the service. Pizza Town is the best!

The Endless Pasta with Shrimp & Scallops in Alfredo Sauce was delicious; we will definitely order that again. Unfortunately the salad was mostly lettuce, with a smattering of red cabbage, exactly two olives (disappointing when four people are sharing the salad), a few small slices of tomato, a sprinkle of red onion, and about four croutons, in addition to the usual two hot peppers. It also seemed skimp on dressing. The Cheese Ravioli that wasn't covered by sauce around the edge of the dish was very dry. The Tiramisu was yummy but we were disappointed that they no longer have Cannolis.

Worst pizza Iâve ever had. The slice was large but they took a slice of hot cheese pizza and just threw cold ham bits and room-temp mushrooms on top. Will not return here! Only plus was the Stewartâs bottle soda.

This was my first time to this restaurant which I have been told is a small PA chain (five locations) operated by Hossâs Steak & Sea. Their branding is making from scratch brick oven pizza, pub grub and craft beers. Not sure many pizza joints, if any, do not make their pizza from scratch so nothing special about it other than the oven they use. It appeared they leveraged an old Applebeeâs theme which is to hang local sports memorabilia around the place. It was much larger than I expected. They have a very large beer and assortment of tables, chairs and booths, or booths. My order started with the Soft Pretzels ($9.50) â Four long salted and buttered brick oven Bavarian pretzels with âMarzoin'sâ Highway 22 beer cheese ... yes, the menu does not say Marzoniâs, lol! For the main meal it was the 12â cheese pizza ($12) and a 12â butcher pizza ($15) â called a meat lover's dream, with tomato sauce, sliced meatball, bacon, ham, sausage, and pepperoni topped with mozzarella cheese. They offer 8â ($8.50 plain) and 16â ($15 plain) as well. Topping addition costs vary by pizza size. For beer they offer their own and select other craft beers. My fight selection included the following:- Avalanche IPA, Camino Mexican Lager, Marzoniâs Amber lager, Roy Pitz Daddy Fat Sacks IPA, Stone Mason Stout, Octoberfest, Helles lager, Locke Mountain lagerWhat I Liked:- The Avalanche IPA (8/10 â Solid citrus, dry), Stone Mason Stout (7.5/10) and the Roy Pitz Daddy Fat Sacks IPA (7/10 â moderate citrus). - The pretzels were good and worked better with Dijon mustard than the beer cheese. - The butcher pizza was loaded with meats! A good value.- The cheese pizza was cooked perfect and had a surprising light crust. I did opt for thin over thick. What I did Not Like:- There was a light over our table that was so bright I felt like the meat on a carving station buffet! I had to asked the server to either dim it or move us.- There was a mix up with the beer flights and the server was blatant saying she wrote what I told her and did not make a mistake, ouch! Overall service was not great.- Most of the beers were average or worse. The Camino Mexican Lager (5/10 â too heavy), Octoberfest (5/10 - dull), Helles lager (4/10 â strong smoky after taste), Marzoniâs Amber lager (4/10 â Sour), Locke Mountain lager (2/10 â overall lousy)- It took way too long to serve our food- The price point for the 12â plain pizza was outrageous!- The butcher pizza was burnt along one sideMy Pizza Boss rating is 7/10 smiling Paisanos, making it #9 of the 17 pizzas I have eaten in the area. My overall rating placed this restaurant at #69 of the 122 restaurants I have eaten at in the Carlisle area since February 2019.

This is a delicious Italian restaurant that offers sandwiches, pastas, pizza and meat dishes. Everything is made to order so you get exactly what you want. The portions are not small, which I like because I always look forward to my leftovers. The house salad is basic but their specialty salads are outstanding! We have tried just about everything except their pizzas so we will have to do that one of these days. We haven't had anything we wouldn't order again. During the week if you go at lunch, you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. On the weekend and in the evenings, you order from your table.

Food was tasty, server was friendly and helpful and the place was packed. That's probably why the service was a little slow but we didn't mind. Met an out-of-town relative there and that gave us a chance to catch up. We'll be going back.

Even though this is a chain this particular establishment stands out for their food and service. Always greeted quickly and seated on arrival or when they promise. They have a good bar with lots of adult beverage selections. The food is literally made in front of you...open style kitchen. The servers are attentive. Salads are fresh as is any of the pasta dishes. Definitely no microwave here. Clean, comfortable and quiet enough to have a good conversation.
