We were the only customers at 2 pm for our late lunch, but noticed several cars drive up to the take-out window during our stay. Pizza 9 was recommended by a local resident who works at Sevilleta NWR where we volunteer. The atmosphere was typically normal for a pizza joint, but the service was friendly and prompt. The sound man said, "10 minutes" and 10 minutes it was. Can't say how long it would have been with folks in front of us.The 18 locations in the Albuquerque area are open 7 days a week and offer small & large Party Packs, salads and desserts. We wanted to try the desserts, but 4 pizza slices each were more than enough for us.Gluten free is offered in 12" sizes only and costs $4.00 more.

Our 2nd time here, and the food was just as good. We had the Bruschetta and the Mona Lisa Salad. There was enough of both for 2 of us to share. The salad is plenty and a great mix. The Bruschetta was delightful, with the right amounts of everything. The only reason that I don’t give it 5 stars is the fact that ordering is at the front counter—-seems odd for a “nice” restaurant....and that each time we’ve been there, they haven’t served our food correctly, wrong salads & forgot part of the order last time....again, tonite part of our order was forgotten and we had to ask about it.

A cafe so you order up front & they bring your food to your table. We tried the Panini Sandwiches with Pasta Salad on the side. They were excellent! We will go back again! They have a variety of drinks & coffee choices too. May stop in for coffee & dessert sometime.

Went there for a late lunch. There were several customers there at the same time, but it was not anything unmanageable. We placed a very simple order. Two sandwiches and a drink. The first sandwich came almost immediately. I had to ask for my drink cup, because they had forgotten to give it to us. The second sandwich was nowhere to be seen. They made around 20 or so sandwiches in the next 20 minutes, but none were mine, so I asked the cashier what was taking so long. She gave me the 3rd degree, asking me rudely "if I had paid for it". So, off she went, to tell someone to make my sandwich. What really made me mad was that the original person who had rung up my order (and forgot my drink cup) was well aware that I wasn't getting my sandwich, and had been standing there the whole time, saying nothing and doing nothing about it. They need to hire people who care, but then they would have to care in the first place. The place is pretty new, but I think this may be my one and only trip there.
