It was our 11th year anniversary of our marriage and we chose the Bacio Divino... And both my spouse and myself believe that it was THE RIGHT choice for having an utmost experience of Italian food. The kitchen is open concept so you can see the chefs working. The tables are not cramped as it supposed to be in France. The greeting was professional. There were few hick-up's though... First the menu was only in French. Please translate to an at least English menu. We took the chandelier anti-pasti and I tried the calamari and my spouse tried the risotto with truffles... YUM YUM YUM !!! As for the deserts we took the tutti frutti salad and the surprise... Thanks a lot to the whole team of Divino...

Top noch! I definitely recommend it! No reservation allowed, you need to go at the opening (7pm). Reservation is possible on certain hours, if you can book a table of 5 minimum, through the website only, no phone number available. And the food is fresh and quickly brought to you. The service is authentic, all italian, présenting well and helping for choosing. The list of cocktail is seducing, so many great names and tastes. Beauté des Iles is presented to you with a little show I recommend it if you like rhum. There is also wine and beer. We had the pulpo and the big 250g burrata for starters, very delicious. As Main course we had black mamba, pasta red sauce, pizza. The pasta is well done, well presented. The pizza have a large and thick crust on the side and are quite big. The tigramisu is presented to you coming from a large plate and served in front of you to realy mean it is fresh. The decoration, the chairs, the boots, the roof, the stairs everything is great. We went a sunday, the parking was easy and free in the streets. On other days it is not free. The price is ok, we spent 140euros for 4 for drinks, wine, starters, main course, desert. The toilets are upstairs and are mixed.

NâAutre Monde restaurant just two steps from the Grand Place brings you the worldâs cuisines in a warm, modern setting. The dining room is a fabulous blend of pink walls, exposed brick, Louis XV chairs, chandeliers, downlighters and dramatic flower displa
We ate here last night and were really impressed with this restaurant. The food, staff and atmosphere were all excellent and we wouldnât hesitate to recommend nâautre monde. We started with scallops and the egg and chorizo special and followed with monkfish with pink curry and the cod special and all were very generously portioned and delicious. Washed down with a bottle of picpoul de pinet which at 19euros was good value. We would love to return here soon.

This restaurant is tucked away in the old town and hidden behind a small deli counter. Not many tables so it felt personal and welcoming. The service was superb and the food equally excellent. We had the gnocchi and hazelnut nutty/Gorgonzola pasta clams which were Devine. We had the truffle dipped burrata for start starters which we shared. A mistake as it was too yummy to share. Leaving us wanting a second. All round an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

Located on a side street but easily accessible, only 6 tables but thats nice, very efficient service by young lady who spoke better english than i do french. Simple menu various pasta dishes and pizzas which are all made and cooked right in front of you, not a microwave in sight. Childs menu is reduced portions of main menu. My only negatives to a very nice meal were, what restaurant doesnt have a bottle of white wine on the menu with it only being sold by the glass with a choice of white sweet or very sweet, this is france where wine is everywhere. And lastly the dessert included for children was a peach glace/sorbet whilst the adult thought it lovely both kids declined it as weird taste, play safe and serve good old vanilla to children.

The hardest part is perhaps the location and that's what led me to it in the first place.I organised a dinner for 14 and the restaurant's staff was super accomodating, adding space as people were coming unexpected (yes it happens more than you could think ok here in France).Pizzas, Pasta are all super fresh and no need to say that the pan of the pizza added with the fac that it was cooked in a real fire oven makes the difference.Even the wine selection was good enough to provide a good match with the food served.I dont have shares in that restaurant, i am just a mere customer that was just happy to find great food for a relatively cheap price in that area of Lille. You may also take away.

We enjoyed an excellent meal here and were very impressed with the personal touch with staff making an extra effort to understand our very limited French and helping with translation. The meal itself was very well presented, very tasty and good value for money.
