My dining partners and I just ate at Aleg. Everything was delicious. I enjoyed my chicken Cordon Bleu immensely. Others in my group enjoyed the coconut shrimp and spaghetti carbonara. The prices are more than average for Loja, but very well worth it! Service was professional and very friendly. Highly recommended!Hello thank you very much that well liked our gastrinomÃa and hope to return soon. Greetings.
A very comfortable and cozy cafeteria, with very accessible prices and an incomparable flavor. Welcome to La Casa de la Nonna!
Personalized Service and Great AtmosphereThis little restaurant in on 18 Noviembre â on of the main drags in Loja and easy to find.A couple of blocks from my apartment, what attracted me to the café the first time was the jazz that is played constantly and the blue and white checkered table clothes. What prompted return visits was Raquel and her childrenâs hospitality. The food is good and made from scratch. If you are looking for a good meal, check out La Casa de Nonna.
Roma Pizzeria Es una empresa dedicada a la comercialización de una gran variedad de pizzas y especialidades de la gastronomÃa italiana.
I'm sorry, but although the server was very polite and friendly the pizza was not good. If you are used to Alforno in Quito or Guayaquil or high quality italian pizza don't even bother going to this place. The pizza tasted like bought frozen straight from the supermarket, made with the worst tomato sauce. Got sick from the taste. Everyone here recommends it but I promise you it's not worth it, especially the four-cheese pizza.
The most authentic pizza in Loja, prepared by an very experienced, authentic Italian from Italy. Everything is very fresh. He makes the dough from scratch, and he knows how to "THROW" it in the air and he knows how to stretch it, not pound on it. They recently moved to the corner of Lourdes, at the corner from the stadium.

We happened to walk by this beautiful restaurant and decided to have dinner. The owner spoke to us about the wonderful sculptures and artworks that grace his restaurant. He gave us a complimentary aperitif and some bruschetta. We ordered the pasta de mariscos and spaghetti carbonara. All the pasta is made in-house, and only fettuccine. What wonderful meals! We also got a mini 'tour' of the artworks. The ladies' and men's rooms have beautiful stone work around the mirrors. There's also a loft dining area which is so European looking. The food, the ambience, and the staff were all wonderful.

Italian restaurant placed to few meters of the central park in the best tourist zone of the city. Artisanal food and beverages, baked pizza in our traditional clay oven. Cozy environment, interior and exterior tables. Ideal for lunch, dinner or to take an
My wife and I ate here with a friend the other day and we were pleasantly surprised by the pizza and the service. The decor of this restaurant is very nice and we liked the look of the domed pizza oven. The menu also had some pasta dishes that sounded pretty good. The owner visited our table and he was quite pleasant. I would heartily recommend Forno did Fango to anyone looking for an Italian style pizza when in Loja.

Went with my wife. She had the lasagne which was served piping hot from the pizza oven: tons of sauce.I had the basic pizza (always may test for good pizza - too many toppings interfere with the base) and the sauce, cheese combination was excellent. The crust was Mediterranean style thin (not New York style) but very well done. But then I ordered the Prosciutto salad, which was outstanding! So fresh and light with just the right dressing (next time I will ask for Parmesan instead of mozzarella thoâ).Yes, there will be a next time. And the staff was extra friendly. Great spot.

Delicious authentic Italian pizza in the South of Ecuador. The pizzeria is run by an Italian who makes sure the dough is properly made, using the best ingredients available. People can have a slice, or buy a whole pizza (family size). Whether for breakfas
Having been to Italy many times, I have grown accustomed to excellent pizza. I didn't think I'd ever be able to find pizza remotely as good in South-America. The owner is Italian, and the pizza dough has the same texture, flavor, and finesse of the pizza I ate in some of my favorite pizzerias in Italy. If you're a pizza lover or even a pizza purist, you will appreciate the excellent Margherita they make here. They also have vegetarian options, including a delicious pizza with champignons. You can buy by the slice or whole. The concept is to go, which means you order the pizza or buy the slice to go. This is a typical concept in Italy also. The price is very affordable. 1$ for a huge slice or a family size pizza for 8$. Compared to other pizzerias in Loja, you can't comparatively find something that has the same quality even if it's more expensive.
