A friend told us about this gem (thanks Dawn). This is a casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. You never get rushed and can enjoy great Italian food. We have sampled the pizza (Sicilian) is amazing. The wings are quite good; not greasy and dripping in sauce. The pasta dishes are fresh and the portions are grand so bring your appetite or you can take leftovers home. There is a small bar area if you have to wait for a table. We have shared this place with friends and all have thanked us after the meal. Prices are very reasonable so enjoy.

This is a review of the new Portofino's in Indian Land on 521, not the one in Charlotte. It is located in an extensive and new theater/restaurant development. It is a nicely located and furnished restaurant with authentic tasting cuisine. My wife had the lasagne and in addition to being delicious, was very reasonably priced. I had the Osso Bucco and it was delicious, with a tasty light sauce and gnocchi. The other couple had a veal dish and an extensive caprese salad. Both were very satisfied. They do have happy hour but one has to sit at the bar to participate. At the end of our meal we were treated to a complimentary dessert. Highly recommended!

I have heard many things about Village pizza forever. I was in the area and finally decided to give it a try. I came for lunch so I guess I should have ordered the buffet but I wanted to try the pizza fresh so I could give a solid review. I decided to go with a basic pepperoni pizza. The pizza was AMAZING. The mozzarella was so fresh and the pizza had just enough sauce on it and it was good. I will definitely be back to get the buffet to try everything else that this little place has to offer.

Weâre Chicagoans so the NY thing is not a good thing. So....avoiding the NY pizza is Sicilian while Chgo pizza is an American invention thing .....nothing puts me off anybodyâs pizza like what I saw here....a bunch of old & cold pizzas in an unheated case - like saying âlook how bad our pizza can beâ We ordered take out like everybody else was doing. No pizza, although lots of locals were. Our chicken parm & spaghetti & linguini weâre all just OK - nothing to write home about here.

Lake Wylie's very own Brewery offering our own craft beers with a family friendly environment. We serve NY style hand tossed pizza, calzones, pasta, burgers, wings and more. We have 8 large screen TV's and also have a patio for outside seating. Drinks inc
I canât figure out why this place gets such rave reviews other than the fact that thereâs no decent Italian in Ft. Mill at all. We drive 20 minutes to Hawthornes while this place is just around the corner. Pizza is very greasy and nothing else on the menu makes we want to come back either. Weâve now been here 3 times hoping it gets better. I think Iâm done with the food but they do have a nice bar with a few good local drafts if you just want to get out for a drink.
Nothing but Noodles is a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to providing the highest quality, best tasting, made to order noodle and global pasta dishes available. We fill the void between the typical fast-food outlet that so many people frequent due to lac
The wall mounted menu was slightly daunting. However, one of the staff noticed us and came over to explain the menu. He turned out to be the regional manager. Very gracious host. The lettuce wrap filing was very well seasoned. Only the lettuce itself was very bland. Perhaps romaine or a more flavorful wrap would have worked better. My Pad Thai was very mild in terms of seasoning but still very good. My wife and daughter enjoyed their meals as well. Not sure I like the model of picking the noodle, then your protein. But the service was fast and friendly. Very clean and modern decor. Overall a very good experience and will return.

From the outside, one would not expect a good fine dining experience; but this little gem certainly delivers. How nice to find this caliber of restaurant in Lake Wylie--which has limited local options for anything more refined than fast food and sports bars/taverns. We were quite surprised at how busy the restaurant seemed (Good! We don't want this place going anywhere!) We were very glad to have had a reservation. My scallops were cooked to perfection! My goat cheese mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, and I tried a bite of the beet mashed potatoes. They were also really good. That _is_ actually mashed beets and mashed potatoes mixed together, so it is pink in color and has a slight beet flavor. Surprisingly good and something we may decide to try at home sometime. For dessert, I had the creme brulee, which was nicely caramelized on the top. I also tried a bite of the cheese cake--also delicious, but I was happy with my choice. (I am partial to caramelized sugar. Mmm...)I am already looking forward to going here again.

Had dropped in here previously for a soft drink, but heard they served breakfast on weekends, so I wanted to try it. Extremely clean eating area, very friendly wait staff. Food good, if not plentiful. Kind of pricy. My wife and I both had breakfast specials and the bill was just shy of $20.
