We are a new concept in LS bringing to our guests the best of italian recipes, we use first quality ingredients... Come to meet us you wont regret :)

I really enjoyed our first meal here, I had the pasta with pesto and both the pasta and pesto sauce were very good. My husband had his pasta with seafood. The sauce with his was a bit thin but there was an overabundance of seafood (albeit mainly prawn). As tends to be the case in Chile the portions were massive so we only managed to eat around half our meal, which was a shame as it was good. On the basis of very good pasta we thought we'd give the pizza a go but the pizza base definitely appeared 'industrial' rather than home made and they were a good size (i.e. not too big) and ok but nothing special and again way too much cheese - not as much as you'd get in Argentina but a bit much for our taste - for us with pizzas less is definitely more when it comes to cheese. I'd happily recommend the pasta but you could easily share a plate between 2 and then have room for either a shared starter or a dessert. On our 2nd visit (pizza) we managed to have a panna cotta each that was home made and very good. Definitely a game of 2 halves here. Not quite 'very good' though because of the pizza.

We were fortunate to discover this restaurant (by personal recommendation) early in our 10 days in La Serena, and we were able to visit repeatedly. The name is misleading - perhaps leftover from a more modest epoch in the business development. "Pizza" suggests fast food and snacks - it would be more accurate to think of this as a place for fine dining. Everything that we tried, from appetizers to desserts, with wine along the way, was very good. Sea food and steaks were excellent. In fact, pizza was the least enjoyable dish we tried - rather soft, whereas we prefer some crispness to the crust. Prices good for value. Service excellent. Indoors, outdoors, nice view of the ocean from pretty much every table. Long hours. Not much English, but not a problem.

Pasta e Brazza is approached via a little courtyard, and opens out into a high-ceilinged, but still compact, Italian-style restaurant. It is best for pizzas - they are well-cooked, imaginatively topped and promptly served. We washed ours down with a Carmenere bottle for under 10,000 pesos, and it was good too.The only real issue with this restaurant is that it is a little formulaic. It sticks to a rigid set of menu dishes with little scope for real local character. You feel a little bit like a cog in a machine. But it does what it does well, so no complaints.
