Italian restaurant, quiet atmosfera, best ingredients, choice of wines, grafic location and home made desserts. Standing a few meters down a small alley near Guildford Square is "La Tavola Calda", a small and cozy Italian restaurant in Corfu town. This is t
This restaurant is a treasure, the quality of the products and the depth of flavour in the food is truly special. Nino the chef and owner is passionate, knowledgable about his food and really nice too. The seafood ravioli I ate there was honestly the best pasta dish I have ever had. I also loved the baked prawns with cheese which was really tasty. Grazie mille Nino! Please never change your belief in good ingredients and passion for delicious Italian food.We would love to return! My partner and I were on our honeymoon in Corfu and we were both unsure about going for an Italian meal when we were in Greece as we felt more keen to try the local cuisine. However, Corfu is so close to Italy and so many people in Corfu speak Italian that we figured that the mixing of Italian culture and Greek culture is part of Corfu's charm anyway, so we embraced it and we are so glad that we did!

Our family of 8 plus an infant had a wonderful dinner at Moby Dick on the beach at Ipsos. Every one's dishes were exceptional. The Lamb in the Oven was amazing. Carbonara Seafood was delicious. Sandra the waitress was great!

We stayed right near here so decided to try it one night. The staff are nice although there were a lot of them that starred at us the whole time we ate, clearly bored. The Arabiatta I ordered I was disappointed with. It tastes like a jar of passatta with half a jar of chilli flakes thrown in. It had no consistency and came out bright orange. My garlic bread was also burnt so that was touched by either me or my husband. We didnât stay for dessert. 2 dishes and 2 cokes came to 48 euros so bad bad value for money.

I'm always a little suspicious of restaurants with only 4/5 ratings in case it's just all the owner's mates. But not this one is indeed that good. Fantastic thin crispy and ever-so-tasty pizzas, nice salad and a wine list which is well priced (â¬6 per 0.5l) and drinkable (very) as it is short (red or white). Salads â¬6ish, pizzas up to â¬13 at the priciest.Possibly the nicest pizza I've ever eaten.

Restaurant on the sea, with incredible views for beauty. The cuisine is authentic Italian, with chef and Italian staff, who will make you feel in Italy. Also there is the possibility to drink international cocktails and Italian aperitifs on the beach.
This restauarant overlooks the sea, rather than the road (which is what the great majority of Ipsos restaurants look onto). I had the beef fillet, which was Gordon Ramsay standard and under twenty quid. It really is not expensive - we spent almost the same at vastly inferior places with no view whatsoever. Quality and location superb.

From the outside looks clean and white starters not too bad, but the main arrived before the starter, and then the same mains arrived cold after the starters, the team were really good and we only paid for the wine and the starters that we had then we left, lack of English didn't help.

We were recommended here by a local & I'm so glad we were. The outside seating area has a lovely atmosphere and is very comfortable. The food was very tasty and I'm only disappointed we wasted other meals trying different restaurants as I would have liked to try more on the menu. We had the cheese saganaki to start and I ordered the Sofrito for main while my friend ordered the mixed souvlaki. All dishes were fabulous and not to be missed. Price wise was similar to other restaurants in the area and I felt good value for the quality and portion sizes.

Great pizza, good service, very small place could do with more tables! They do takeaways as well! The place is always full which is a good sign! Portions for the pasta dishes are very generous! Very good price as Well! Definitely worth a visit!
