The restaurant was VERY busy, we had our starters which were delicious, but somehow our mains order was lost, so we waited and waited. When brought to their attention they immediately rectified, were very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate. All the food was excellent, the ambience was lovely, the staff great - I think our delay was a one off that was handled perfectly by the manager. I would not hesitate to visit again or recommend.

Had a fantastic meal at Il Piacere last night. Ordered the marinara with fettuccine and it was magnificent! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was mind blowing! Friendly service and a great atmosphere. It felt like I was back in Italy. The overall experience is definitely a 10/10. I love Italian food and after trying a few different places in town this is by far the best. Great food with an extremely friendly group of people running it. My first time here was for lunch and I arrived 10 minutes after the closing hour. The owner didn't let me go, He kindly prepared a table for us and cooked for my family (4 people). You dont get this level of service anywhere else and the food was brilliant! I simply keep coming back.

We have frequented this venue on multiple occasions for both dine in and take away meals. The staff are friendly and attentive. The quality of ingredients is good. The menu is quite diverse with plenty of options. Great for kids. The serves of food are generous and reasonably priced. If you dine in you can BYO which makes it more affordable.
