Returned to this Italian restaurant with friends for Valentine's Day. This restaurant is well rated and their pasta is delicious. The free appetizers are also delicious as are the cookies and the limoncelos that are served after the meal. However, this restaurant needs a good cleaning. The paper lamps hanging from ceiling are dirty and dead flies have been stuck to them for more than 4 years. The windows are extremely dirty. Everything seems very old and a nice redo would spruce up the place and give it a nice clean look. Until this is done, a bunch of us are no longer going back.

I visited long time ago on a Holiday. I came across these pictures and it looks even worse, as if it needs a facelift.The time I went (maybe 2007 or 2008) it was very crowded... since it was a popular spot.It didn't feel special enough for couples nor cool enough for families.Food was ok.It's a good spot for locals to go on a day off only... but if I was a tourist, I'd skip this place since there's really nothing to see or experience.

This Pizzeria is also a good place for Breakfast. We ordered a cappuccino for 70 pesos and two eggs with bacon for 150 pesos. Unfortunately they ran out of bacon but substituted fresh gilled ham which was very good. Also included in the price was very fresh crusty sliced bread with balsamic vinegar and oil. Nice start to the morning as service was good as well.

Mario is a gracious host and operates a lovely and intimate spot on Playa Juan Dolio. Excellent service and food! Highly recommended

I had been a few times and was never terribly impressed with their entrees. The free appetizers that they bring out are better than anything else they serve, actually and usually include grilled and marinated peppers, eggplant, a little mozarella and tomstor, some bread and olive oil. The last 3 or 4 times I tried to get shrimp or lobster they were close early due to lack of ingredients. What kind of restaurant doesn't have an adequate supply of food?

This was our one "nice" dinners and we were not disappointed. It was super busy and it took a while to get our food. Our server recognized that and gave us a complimentary glass of wine. I would definitely recommend the grilled seafood /pasta dishes.
