At La Bistoria you can choose from a range of Italian dishes most themed around pasta. When I visited I chose to have a grilled chicken dish as I'd been away from home for a long time. The meat was tender and with a little salt & pepper the taste was as good as any. For 1300 yen (about $15 Australian) I got a small bowl of salad, some corn soup, and as much bread as I requested, and dessert. In addition to that I received a standard coffee/ice tea/soft drink of choice. As I asked for a cappuccino I was charged 200 yen more. My wife had the pasta pappardelle for 1500 yen and it came with the same added extras. I also learnt that the head chef here studied in Italy in order to master his trade.

スキー場の麓にあるレストランです。なぜか夜も食べられる「ランチセット」が1750円と大変お得でした。サラダ、メインディッシュ、パンまたはライス、デザートにドリンクバーも付きます。店内は天井が広く高く開放感がある作りになっています。スキーのシーズンはもしかしたら混むかもしれませんが、5月の連休最終日、店内は3組ほどのお客さんでとてもゆっくり食事が楽しめました。料理の腕もなかなかでしたが、こちらの名物はデザートに出てくるプリンかもしれません。何がビーンズは料理の腕もなかなかでしたが、こちらの名物はデザートに出てくるプリンかもしれません。何がビーンズはマダガスカル産のものを使っており、濃厚でこだわりがある逸品でした。単品350円、持ち帰りもできるのでお勧めします。

素敵なレストランでおいしい食事は最高でしたよ。アイスコーヒーの味は結構良くて、値段が安く相対的に合格だと思います。そのほかにケーキなど軽食もあるのでランチに行ってみたい

I tried the salsiccia appetizer and a custom- made pasta with tomato sauce and cured pork after asking for a recommendation and answering a couple of questions. The pasta was perfect, al dente, and the tomato sauce and cured pork went really well together. Outstanding. The salsiccia was served with a couple of roasted potatoes, salad greens and a home made coarse mustard – again, outstanding. I asked the owner / chef later, and he confirmed that it came from Italy – it was a real salsiccia, like you would get from a local farmer.The owner / chef was only guy, running the whole show by himself and he did a great job. It showed a bit, as he put his efforts into the food and service, but the place was a bit tattered. If that's the tradeoff, I'll take it! It was a tad on the expensive side.It was a pleasant surprise to stumble across this little gem.

サイゼリアは自分のお気に入りイタリアンです。その理由は手軽に利用できる価格設定。一品がボリュームが少ないので、小グループで行きシェアしながらいただくと、数多くのメニューが楽しめること、長居してもお店に迷惑がかかりにくいことです。この店も友達たちとよく利用しています。ルールは人数にもよりますが、一人二品程を注文して割り勘です。ドリンクは飲んだ物に合わせて支払います。人気のあるのは、きのこのスパゲッティ499円、たらこソーススパゲッティ399円、ミラノ風ドリア299円、真イカとアンチョビのピザ399円、若鶏グリル499円などです。食事会を割安価格で頻繁に開催できるので助かっています。

We absolutely love this Japanese-Italian restaurant for lunch. We come back every summer and love trying all of their pastas and pizzas. While we always try new dishes, we always have to order the mountain prawn cream pasta... AMAZING! And a very cool ambience with a great view.
