The subject should pretty much explain it. We ordered 4 glasses of room temperature water and there was dust floating in the water. We got the waiter to change glasses and there was dust in 2 of them again. That was the first and a great indication of how the whole affair went down. They give you olive oil and vinegar for the bread and ask that you hold the cap tightly otherwise you're in for a spill all over. Perhaps you should work on basic stuff like this before you even call yourself a restaurant, a five star hotel one at that, and start charging exorbitant prices off of your customers. Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay with us. I am disappointed to read of the challenges you faced with us and can surely appreciate your frustration. It is certainly not what we envisioned for your trip. Please accept our sincere apologies in regards to the lengthy wait to be seated in ORSO Trattoria. Your experience is in no way indicative of the level of quality for which we are known for. We will be addressing these issues with our Food & Beverage team to ensure that challenges like these are better handled in the future and do not have a negative impact on our guests. Stayed 2 nights at Jasper Park Lodge and just loved it. There are so many activities and such an amazing setting along beautiful Lake Beauvert. Lovely outdoor pool and hot tub, canoeing, bike riding, animal sightings, S'mores in the evening and picture night for the kids, you really never need to even leave the place but of course, you should, to see more of this beautiful mountain park. Our accommodation was in one of the cabin rooms and yes they are rustic but overall, we were still very comfortable. Thank you to James at the concierge desk for helping us and ensuring our stay was so enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and our meal in the ORSO restaurant was amazing with terrific service. Thank you JPL for such a wonderful experience.

We were very pleased to find this restaurant in downtown Jasper. The service was good and the food was excellent. The pricing was very fair.We appreciated the fact that they posted a notice that said ball caps and muscle shirts were not appropriate attire in the restaurant. We did see a person wearing a toque which we thought was equally offensive for wearing during a meal in a nice establishment. One would hope people could figure these things out on their own but it is good to set standards.This restaurant is a very good choice in Jasper.Your comments are appreciated. Unfortunately hats have become a way f life for most younger people but that doesnât mean we have to put up with bad manners, and wearing a hat while you are eating is bad manners! We receive a lot of criticizism because of our policies, but we can live with it. Thank you again for your comments and weâre happy you enjoyed your dinner with us!

Jasper Pizza Place is a fantastic local restaurant. I ate here twice during my stay in August 2019. The menu had pizza, pastas, burgers, salads and more with gluten-free and vegetarian options. I ordered the Penne Marinara and Beyond Sausage and Mushroom pastas. I can honestly say that these were some of the best pastas I have tasted. The restaurant had indoor seating, a sidewalk patio and a rooftop patio with amazing views of the mountains. Eating on the rooftop patio was a great experience and the views canât be beat. The service was friendly and efficient.

Very lively and social. We went for dinner and it was pretty packed. Our food was served quickly and was very fresh. I like the option for a smaller pizza (that is still filling) and a side. Our salads were fresh and were a nice size. Not to much, not to little. It was a bit loud. The music was loud (donât get me wrong, I like loud music). So everyone was talking louder. It kind of made it hard to have a conversation.

As we could not get into our hotel resturant we hopped down the road and what a great meal we had her ,2 couples found this place excellent all food supplied was of good quality , staff were very friendly and on the ball , yes we would recommend this restaurant
