Came here for a nice meal. Good warm welcome. Sat down and ordered shortly afterwards our 2 vegan pizzas. Team member advised they had no vegan cheese left. We were appalled and disappointed. If they run out of dairy cheese they would sort this one way or another urgently. But as it's vegan cheese they were not bothered and don't care about the 7% of us who can't eat 'normal' cheese. I applaud Pex for having some (small) vegan choices but what is the point if not available? This is not a one off either as has happened before and reading various vegan forums seems more common. At best Pex don't actually care at all for vegans and at worst they would rather we did not spend our money here as they would show some basic operations skills and stock the ingredients.Never again

Family run modern Italian restaurant with over 30 years experience serving the local and surrounding areas with fresh quality Italian cuisine.
We visited to celebrate our anniversary, having been told the food is amazing. It is. However on arrival you have to fight your way through some hanging chains and once in, itâs too brightly lit, no candlelight, and the decor is so bland you could be anywhere, nothing Italian or cosy.It wouldnât take much to make it feel less clinical and such a waste as your food and your staff are a total credit to you!Thank you for sharing your experience. The chains on the entrance are put up during the summer only to help prevent flies and candles were removed due to many menuâs being melted. We appreciate all our customer feedback and always take everything on board as we progress and develop,Kind regards Andrew Di Rita

Went to the cinema intending to have a meal at a different restaurant when the film finished. On the way I saw the poster offering a discount with cinema tickets. We still had ours so thought we'd give it a try. The restaurant was just starting to get busy as the films had finished. We were met at the door and taken to a table the young girl made sure we were happy with it and closed a blind as the sun would be in our eyes. The menus were brought over and a young man took our food and drink order. Lasagne and black Aberdeen burger . I was very surprised and happy to be offered a side salad rather than fries with my burger. The food was excellent. I can honestly say it was the best burger I've had in a long time. I will certainly go back to this restaurant. and recommend it to my friends.
