Looking for nice restaurant in the surrounding of our hotel we used Tripadvisor this time. And it was great. Food was excellent, each of us had different appetizers, main course and of course Italian sweets. Nobody was complaining, all of us were really satisfied. Crew was very polite and friendly, we didn't wait long time for our dishes. I really recommend that restaurant since I was there every time I will take a chance to go there again

To avoid eating at the highways, we just took an exit. Unna, as my girlfriend is Catalan we also could choose for duo or tres So drove to centre and ask some locals for restaurant. We ended in Canape. Not a beautiful site or great athmosphere, but we were hungry. Italian restaurant (like almost everywhere in city centres of small German cities/villages. Ordering two Alt beers,mixed grill, steak, gnocchi with gorgonzola and salads. We had to wait very long. Plates were big and food was okay. Not exquise at all. So average place. Price / quality good (just paid â¬51 for all)

Small cosy italian restaurant in Kreuzviertel. They are doing everything properly, good and pretty fast service, great food, good wine selection and the preices are also quite normal. Definitley worth a second visit

We were staying in the holiday inn next door and noticed this from our window and just went around, what a fantastic place, very cool feel, nice staff and brilliant food, just found out new favourite place to stay when traveling across Europe (which we do a lot) very impressed.

I visited for a lunch time meal with some work colleauges, and it's safe to say we were umimpressed. We were forced to stomp our hooves in frustration for over an hour whilst we waited for our food to arrive.. wish the chefs had quit stalling! As we only had an hour lunch break during work, we really didn't have time for all that horsing around. And I must mention at this point, the restaurant was by no means foal, there were many free tables. Overall, I believe we would have received better service if the horses had waited on us themselves, and if you ever end up at this restaurant... hoof it!

We followed TA review and went to try this restaurant. The ambiance was nice. Serving personnel were attentive. Germans seemed to eat early as a few tables were already leaving when we arrived around 19:30. We enjoyed the fizzy mineral water. My husband ordered a pizza calzone and I ordered a tuna steak dish. The pizza was correct but my tuna as huge - easily half a kilo piece of tuna. Although it was cooked rare in the middle (the way it should be) the cut was too big and the flesh was too tough to be enjoyable. Perhaps it was taken from freezing and put to cook too quickly, or perhaps it was a very cheap cut. The accompanying herb sauce was a bit salty but acceptable. The sheer size of the dish was just intimidating. What a pity! We informed the waitress who looked surprised at what I had left on my dish that it was just too big to finish. I donât believe a German man would be able to eat it all either. We recommend diners try pizza or pasta dishes or steaks and donât venture into areas that are not strictly Italian cooking.
