When we moved to the area, we needed to find a new favorite pizza place. After several good, bad, and in-betweens, we found Burncoat Pizza. We are now loyal to them. The pizza is good, not greasy, and the subs are excellent. We always get a salad to go with our pizza, and they never disappoint. (This is a takeout place, though there are some seats. We always bring ours home.)

Very disappointed with the sanitary practices of the employees. Went to go get lunch last weekend, the gentleman at the counter took our order and much to my surprise...he prepared our food with his bare hands. NO GLOVES! I was completely disgusted. I cant believe I actually ate the food after seeing this but my boyfriend and I were so hungry we ate the food anyways. Of course, that night my boyfriend and I both got very sick. Needless to say we will not be going back!

Find something on the menu for everyone at Nuovo Restaurant in Worcester. Families will feel right at home with the kid - friendly menu and atmosphere. Nuovo's dress code is business casual. Book a private event at Nuovo Restaurant and enjoy a day or nigh
The service was very good. The place is small, reminded me of the North End in Boston. Quaint and good price. The food was just ok. Nothing special.

In the beautiful hills of Tuscany, and in the cities and villages that dot the countryside we discovered a simple food paradise which we were eager to bring closer to home. We created VIA to offer you those culinary gems from our visits to Italy in combin
We enjoyed perfect weather while dining on VIAâs patio. The highlights of our meal were the smoky bacon and Parmesan arancini we shared. These heavenly balls of deliciousness were hot and crispy on the outside, creamy and smoky on the inside, and had just the right amount of garlic aioli to compliment them---they were probably the best arancini weâve ever tasted, and we gobbled up the five balls in no time flat. The braised beef short rib with gnocchi and the braised pork shank with polenta we chose for our entrees were sheer perfection---we wouldnât hesitate to order either again. However good the entrees and appetizer were, the house salads and complimentary bread slices we were served beforehand left us scratching our heads. The salads were very small but fresh tasting, and were devoid of any dressing at all (we requested house dressing on both). After taking a couple of bites we had to ask Scott, one of our servers, to bring us a side of the dressing so we could dress them ourselves. VIAâs delicious artisanal bread (two meager slices) came with only a small cruet of olive oil for dipping, but I would have liked a butter option. We wished for more bread, but were not offered any, and we did not ask, anticipating the heftiness of our entrees to come. Being pretty full after making our ways through our entrees, but not wanting to miss out on VIAâs gelato, we forced ourselves to share a 3-scoop sampler consisting of our choices of pistachio, Amerena cherry and salted caramel. While all three of our choices were really enjoyable, the star of the trio was the salted caramel, which was the most intensely flavored. We did, however, find the presentation of this dessert lacking (the scoops were placed in a cardboard container and served with plastic spoons). We felt that this delectable frozen treat deserved something a little better. The only other problem I noted was that many of the woven chairs around the tables on the patio were in disrepair, and broken webbing on the seat of my chair kept sticking me in the back of the knee, which was quite annoying.Service by Scott and Josh was impeccable---friendly and helpful, but not fake. VIA is definitely upscale Italian dining, with delicious food, excellent service and great ambience, but with upscale prices as well. The bill for the two of us was $97.00 before tip, but including one glass of wine and a bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water. Unfortunately, we do not dine at VIA on a regular basis, and only enjoy a lunch or dinner here if we have gift cards.

Ciao Bella exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS! I catered a full Garden Party Bridal shower from Ciao Bella this weekend. The food was FANTASTIC!Greek Lamb and Chicken Shishkebob skewers, Spanakopita, Pita, Hummas, Tzadziki and an authentic Greek Salad with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions. Everything was cooked to perfection. The Lamb Kebobs and Chicken Kebobs were seasoned with authentic greek flavors and were perfect.I would recommend Ciao Bella to friends and will definitely cater any large or small event with them again.Thank you to owner Ernie for his personal attention and to the cooks who prepared the wonderful food!

The food is pretty good, but seems to have slipped over the past year. They adjusted the menu since my last visit, replacing the entrees with sandwiches. Was hoping to play a little ping pong, but closed for a private party... my son was disappointed. Service needs some improvement. Wouldn't take that much to improve the operation. While I like the byob, the thrill is gone.

Stopped in for lunch, and was not expecting anything special due to it being in a strip mall, but we were in for a treat. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated, the waitress was very friendly and we couldn't get over the food. First the food was reasonably priced and all our meals were very fresh. The food portion was very generous and we all enjoyed them. They also gave us free garlic bread which was fantastic. They do take out and they even have their own soda. We will be back for sure. I am looking forward to going back in the summer when we can sit in the outdoor patio.

party of 10. we were waited on quickly but the server was new at it. We gave her some slack and with the help of others she did fine. All ordered different dishes and were satisfied. A basic Italian menu but well delivered. Will return.

My wife and I picked up two grinders (Steak & Eggplant) for a quick supper last evening.Service was quick, polite, and efficient.Decor is minimal with TV's. The restaurant tends to be noisy.Take out orders appear to predominate their trade.

If there was a zero star here it is. We had given up ordering out here and eating in since the service is absolutely awful. Itâs not even the waitresses because they are all nice. Itâs the arrogant owner and the kitchen staff. Absolutely appalling. Last chance we give them. Whatâs sad is that the food is actually good. Thanks
