This was a total surprise, Iâm new to LA and wasnât sure where we were heading; it didnât look like lunch territory. The restaurant appearance was almost makeshift with pallets of tomatoes creating an entrance way. That being said I loved it; more importantly you could tell it wasnât a chainFood was prompt. The pizza was truly delicious, thin fresh non doughy crust, great sauce and fresh basil.menu choose extensive. We had a couple of starters too, these are large/ so one between two would have been fine.We could fit in desert but bakery goods looked fabulous too.Iâm definitely coming agin - this is is a âGEMâ in a sea of overpriced mediocre restaurants.
Definitively, Bossa Nova is the best concerning Brazilian food in California. The restaurant is managed with care, passion and professionalism. The staff is attentive, solicitous and always willing to explain the dishes with patience and good will. Besides tasty, the dishes have an excellent presentation, making the lunch or dinner an unforgettable experience. I strongly recommend the starters and the imported beers. And don't forget to buy something at the delicatessen inside de store. There are many delicious options.

Persian/Iranian and Italian/New American restaurant. Two restaurants under one roof! Kabob, halal lamb and chicken kabobs, stew, pizza, pasta, salad, burger, beer, wine, dessert.
We were staying at a nearby hotel and walked to Jinoâs for dinner. I had the grilled beef kabobs. It came with two and I ordered the extra. The standard order would have been plenty for me. It also came with rice. It was a very good meal. The restaurant had plenty of room and we felt very safe walking from our hotel. This was a good meal and we enjoyed our visit.

Come taste the difference at Lomeli's Italian Restaurant! Our menu is full of delicious classics, right out of Naples.
I visited Lomeli's for my first time recently and was painfully disappointed. This is Italian food for the American palette. Instead of bread for the table, we were given carrot sticks and ranch dressing (I guess that is better than nothing). I got pasta with clam sauce, which I would assume is meant to be similar to Vongole, but it in no way was. The sauce tasted like a bottle of dried oregano or parsley- I wasn't even sure, but it was covered in one of these dried herbs. Completely underseasoned otherwise but overwhelmed with that flavor. The clams were minced and even then, were few and far between. And the most egregious thing you can do is to serve overcooked pasta as an Italian restaurant, which this was 100%.The garlic bread was decent and got me through the meal. Basically, if you like Fettuccine Alfredo in large portions or similar Italian foods that Americans cling to, then you'll enjoy this. Otherwise, steer clear. It's unfortunate that you felt there was something lacking with your meal. I assure you that our culinary team cooks everything with top-quality ingredients and we work hard to make every dish as flavorful as possible. If there's ever something that seems off about your order, you are more than welcome to speak with our staff about any accommodations that need to be met -- that's why we're here! However, our doors will always be open for you if you decide to give us another shot. All the best,Carlo Lomeli, Owner

We stopped by for an early Sunday dinner, expecting the restaurant to be empty. We were wrong, it was packed! We were able to grab a table in the bar, no wait time. Our server and the bartender were pleasant and our pizza and salad arrived reasonably promptly. The pizza was fine but I don't plan a return visit.

No trip to Hawthorne can be complete without visiting Pizza Show. The food is out of this world. The ambiance is outstanding. The owner is a great host. We love this place!! So must Beach Boysâ Brian Wilson because heâs frequented Pizza Show since his Hawthorne High School days.

Step inside Il Fornaio and take a culinary journey through Italy. Early mornings bring rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven accompanied by the scent of fresh brewed espresso. During lunch and dinner hours, pastas and flavorful sauces simmer while

We went here and this was a special spot. The food was delicious. Shopping at The Point is available, kids can play on the grass, & get some energy out before or after dinner. Just a great place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors.
